There is an older man who guards the sidewalk. If you stand to long or dare to sit he comes outside and yells at you pointing at a sign he made “No Loitering. No Littering. No Eating or Drinking. No Smoking. No Phone Calls. Thank You for Your Cooperation!”

Place was nice 15 years ago. Now it is really nice. Renovated and clean. Only negative would be parking. Three block walk or uber in.
