Service is not what it use to be here…… i would only recommend Berlin other then that , most likely it’ll be a waste of money and time!
It’s new staff every time you turn around the prices are not consistent.
Years ago when they were actually good , if you walked in on a Friday or Saturday it would be PACKED!
Not anymore! You can walk in and get started immediately lol
The lack of customers is definitely a clue that the service is no longer good!
It’s other salons that are way more consistent!

Been going for years good outcomes with the texture but if I skip a month and wash my hair myself it's falling out to much. I have to believe they are using perm. Not sure if it's the heat but why Is almost patches falling out and I have long thick natural hair but it's not thick no more unless I take months off from going here. I don't know but don't need my hair falling out

As a someone with 4b hair & tender headed, i felt comfortable & safe. I brought my own products & yosi had no issue with using them. She was gentle when detangling my hair. Plus they open at 6:30! I was in & out! Thanks yosi!

There are better salons that will not damage your hair and treat you like dirt. I didnt want my hair roller set after a relaxer because that burns my scalp. Person in charge said “then go home like that” meaning wet. She said they don’t know how to blow freshly relaxed hair which was either nonsense or pathetic considering they are professional stylists. When they finally blew my hair out I had the stop her mid stream as she was snatching my hair and neck so bad my neck still hurts. On top of all of that drama my hair was so dry it felt like Brillo. I just pray she washed the relaxer out correctly. What a disaster of a place.

My daughter hair smelled liked perm even after washing it out 5 times. My daughter said her hair was burning when they put conditioner in. Her hair no longer has natural curl pattern and fall out so much.

literally terrible. Asked for brown and my hair ended up red. Still paid but wasn’t what I asked for. i hate my hair.

I've experienced racism as well. They call you names and talk about in Spanish thinking you don't understand. I had long hair and she cut it shorter than I wanted. I think a texterizer was put in my hair. I noticed a change after getting it done. Ive Bern natural for 20 years. There's a girl there that is so racist she loves to burn black women with the flat iron.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

They are racist and one of the stylists said she glad her child didn’t grow with her black dad …like girl what was he reason and you choose to have a baby with my ppl and not your own …NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HAIR. As a black women they only mess it up
