Service is below mediocre and the elderly woman cashier could not be more unfriendly. Selection isn't that great and you want to check the dates on the craft beer. I'd suggest Canals and Buy Rite as opposed to this ShoRite location.

More difficult to navigate the store than buy.rite or canals. More expensive. Mainly their delivery drivers need to learn to share the parking lot. Almost got hit by the budweiser truck who them gave me the finger for driving straight down the parking lot while he decided to back up without looking

Rude staff. Better service and selection down the road.

When I think back to my misspent youth in the early 90's, hell even to the late 90's, I was a fan of the older incarnation of this liquor store. It was a fixture on QB road longer than I can remember. The store was crammed with items, and even more so during the winter holidays. I found my first real beer crushes in that store, and a staff willing to hunt them down in a era that was just before this country's craft beer explosion. Decades after that I shopped for wine there and was surprised at the selection a small shop could carry.Even though I drive through this area frequently, I did not take notice when the original shop closed last fall. This new location has been open since November I was told. It occupies part of the area that the last supermarket here held, and offers plenty of parking. My first impression was of the openness now found here. It's a much bigger space, with wines leading off. I always liked their horizontal storage system on the better wines, and that theme is continued in this shop. I didn't browse the wine selection on this visit but will in the future. I was in the mood for beer, a new sour if possible. The beer case is along the back left of the store with pricier options at the front. I'm a fan of the "untapped" signage on most of the craft beers. This made for easier shopping and I have to say, they do have a very good assortment of high quality IPAs. There were not many sours though. I did see a fav of mine priced around the same as my go to liquor store. I eventually found a locally brewed sour in the unrefrigerated section, fairly priced and pretty good. When I finally made it into the liquor section my fandom was waning. The selection of scotches is pretty bleak. But on a positive note, many mainstream popular hard items( for example Jack Daniels and Jameson etc) are competitively priced. These shelved aisles were not even filled entirely, with many top and bottom shelves just empty. I even tried to see if they had a cherry liqueur I was interested in, I couldn't see any....My next trip will focus more on wines, but for now I don't see a need to change my primary booze source. That store took years to get where they are now, hopefully there will be improvement here too. If I happen to see them carrying the legendary Roddenbach red, I'll throw in an extra star....
