She is so genuine, nice and handles business with comforting care. The prices are very decent and location as well as the overall building, very secure. 10 stars

Heather is the best! Lalor Storage is clean and organized. They were professional and prompt and they even had free coffee and tea. I highly recommend Lalor Storage, their staff were very inviting and courteous!!

This review is a week overdue but I wasn't going to miss giving 5 stars. Yes, the place is clean, safe, great pricing...but Heather and her amazing attitude and willingness to go above and beyond is what helped seal the deal for us!
