To me when ever I went it was fast service and the young lady that seen me was nice and pleasant to talk to . The only thing is the waiting room is very small and with the cov. Out here they need bigger space and there is a African American woman there she's not pleasant at all always seem sad and bitter and don't know how to interact with people she need to find a job that she love doing/make her day to come too.

The staff is ghetto the owner does not care about getting workers that are respectfull and patient the lady that works in. The front calling people to the back is very rude and loud need.to clean up staff there to make it a better place

If you are not pressed for time, please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The reception area is rude and lacks common customer service skills. I.e. greeting, how may i help you etc.) If you're tech savvy and try to use their online platform to schedule your appointment or check in- dont bother because this is not considered.The location itself is small, and there is limited street parking. Not a pleasant experience. Also, Covid precautions were non existing. No one took my temperature, or asked me anything covid related.

A 45 minute wait when an appointment was made and you are on time for your appointment is so unacceptable. This place is badly run.

Never again. Filthy. Person at the window had his back turned. Did not say a word. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing nobody get called, I asked what the wait was going to be, and one of the ladies got an attitude and did not give an estimated time (I guess appointments mean nothing here). I walked out. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

I know for Myself everytime I go to this location for blood work the staff have treated me with respect and deserves a pay raise for having to deal with so many people with different attitudes and different personalities thanks for always being kind to me !!

Staff was cordial & friendly. I was in & out with little wait time. It was the most painless stick I've ever had. No problem parking.

Giving 1star because one thing they do show up anything else some of them dont no how to take blood sticking 3 or 4 time arm black and blue. And now labcorp close at 2oclock pm went toget my blood work done the lady pointing at. Ythe sign in window could some one let me no what time do they relly suppose to open

The worse labcorp i have ever been too the lady who took my blood made my arm swell up immediately like literally a lump and proceeded to tell me it was normal. When i was telling her prior that what it was burning and looked me in my face and ignored what i was telling her. As soon as she pulled out the needle i could see it rising and she was continuing to be rude and unprofessional about the situation.. Stay away from this place obviously they let any idiot stick u with a needle!!!!
