I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews because multiple employees were welcoming and kind, others were busy which is to be expected. I had a pickup order and it was very quick and simple. The employee even made sure to show me the shoe sizes to make sure they were correct. The store was very organized and had a nice selection of items to choose from.

Why does ur website say you’re open when you’re not ? I got my shoes ordered here and I can’t even get them because of your inaccurate opening and closing times

Bad for business!!! I spent over $400 at this location. The mangers are unprofessional ,very rude & not helpful .. My experience in the store & out store overall was horrible!! No one asked if I needed help.All the items on the shelves are priced wrong,when I brought it to the manger attention he said if I come back tomorrow it would be fixed. That day I spent $100 .I went back the next day the prices was still wrong.which is crazy because it was about 8 employees both days.I had a question so I called, the manager got smart cut me off mid sentence & hung up on me.I called back 3x no answer.The 4th call someone else answered the phone laughing and refused to give me the previous lady name or corporate #, she also hung up on me.I called back and The manger answered in a sarcastic tone ,she began to tell me how it was my fault and said that’s why I couldn’t have her name and hung up.This store is very ghetto ..Save your money and your time this place don’t deserve your hard earned money!!!! Trust me. Unfortunately I never got her name but Her status as a manger should be revoked.I would never want someone like so to representing my business.Both employees are bad for business. I will be contacting corporate!! I wish I could give this place -0 stars..

We have never had such a positive and wonderful experience buying shoes before. I have issues with arthritis in both feet, and Joey took so much time to not only fit me with amazing new shoes, but also to explain how everything would work to make my shoes work in my favor. Sean has some special issues and concerns with his feet as well, and Joey was just as thorough in fitting him in new shoes that will work well for his lifestyle and activities. Thank you Joey! It's customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness lime yours that will make us forever customers of SNIPES!
