These people are violating consumer protection laws, do not buy a car here. They give deceptive quotes and claim you can get 0 down to bait you into buying. Then they run your credit change the terms and tell you you can't get approved anywhere else because you destroyed your credit applying at other places. this is a lie don't believe them. I'm suing them. When I told Tony they're breaking the law, he called me crazy and said "you must be smoking some good shit" he's an unprofessional idiot. can't wait to show this to a judge.

Wow 2.5 stars not surprised. A business that exposes the general public to dangerous conditions on the road so their drivers don't have to pull into their business to deliver whatever garbage used cars they salvaged this week.

J&H Autohaus is quite the enigma. They sell ultra-luxury cars that range in price $100K - $400K, yet they haven't shaken their slimy, used-car salesmen origins. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated professionally or wants a customer-oriented friendly experience. I will give this to them, they do have a tremendous assortment of cars, ranging from Ferrari, Porsche and McLaren, down to everyday basic cars. This place is located in a very sketchy area called Ewing, which is basically Trenton, but I still took the chance when I was interested in a $100K+ Porsche they had. I met the salesperson, a very young man with barely any experience, yet he had the most unprofessional approach. You can tell that he was never trained in selling high-end luxury cars, rather he just reinforced the classic "used-car salesman" stereotype. I asked him if I could see a few cars that I was interested in, and his answer was "I am not going to show you every car, so you need to walk around the lot and come back to me when you know what you want." I just told this guy that I am interested in more than one car, yet he had no interest to help me. I asked if the cars were even open to look at, and again, he says "I am not going to open every car for you." Which I never asked him to do, just two or three different vehicles...but that was too much work for this guy. Honestly, I just had such a bad feeling about him and the dealership, I told him not to worry about it and I got out of there. I have never purchased a used car in my life, so I was not expecting the same experience as a Porsche or BMW dealer, but this was like dealing with a the high-school flunky who has no idea what he is doing, let alone how to handle high end car buyers. I am going back to dealing only with professionals car people who know and love the cars, and the people who want to part with their hard-earned cash for them!

was interested in a vehicle they had, but having traded in and bought many cars in my lifetime, I advised the salesperson, who will remain nameless, I wanted FMV for my trade. their accutrade online appraisal is a total waste of time, and after I saw that lowball number, the uninformed salesperson contacted me wanting mileage and vin for another appraisal. what a joke...he sent back the appraisal not having even checked off most of the boxes with my upgraded engine spec and all options. avoid at all costs....it's not ignorance here, it's obviously, as others have reviewed, a sham and they put Mitsubishi in their email address ... I could not find that they are an accredited dealership with Mitsubishi you decide but I'd NEVER a recommend them

Beware of this Auto Group. Prices are on point. BUT, you will either need new tires or new brakes or both tires and breaks 1 month after you drive off the lot. If you call them, they disappear. Furthermore, they sell me a warranty for $8k and its a warranty company called Continental Warranty but tell you its a 100k mile Land Rover Warranty. I find out later that this is the 2nd worst warranty program next to Carshield. Just had a $5500 repair and Continental is picking up $1500 of it. Continental will not pay for any factor parts. Instead they want to over night the shady parts they have to the dealership. Lesson learned. Never buy a certified used car from anywhere except a real dealership.

Untrustworthy and very shady. Continually canceled my inspection appointments for the vehicle they were trying to sell me.

We had a great experience purchasing a 2023 Rivian R1S from Justin @ J&S. Being that we live on the other side of the country and we're spending a large chunk of change, we were a little apprehensive. Justin made the whole process extremely easy--and fun! He was super communicative, detail-oriented, and prompt! We greatly appreciated his assistance throughout the purchase process and even after helping coordinate pick up with transport. Justin went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. I would 100% recommend Justin to anyone I know who is interested in a vehicle. J&S was transparent and easy to deal with and prompt with their document/title processing. Thanks again for everything and keep up the great work!

NEW Complete and utter scammers. Kings of the bait and switch. We drove 3 hours with check in hand to purchase a suv. Upon arriving and actually seeing the vehicle it was obvious it was just for show. The car was beautiful down to the tires but it stunk like it was in a bad flood and it had obvoius major mechanical issues. The salesman, Justin, pretended he couldn't smell it and swore the mechanical issue just happened. He then offered us a much cheaper version of the same car with multiple scratches, tears in the leather, more mileage and a smaller engine FOR THE SAME PRICE! Needless to say we walked out and ended up buying from a reputable nearby dealer. They try and get you there, money in hand, hoping to con you into a bad deal. Avoid these scumbags at all cost.

Bought a Toyota FJ Cruiser from this dealer in October. I specifically asked about rust issues when talking with the manager. I was told the car was "clean" and "no rust problem". In January the rear stabilizer bar fell off from the rust. When I had it towed I was informed that the rust was painted to hide the issue. The frame was completely rusted out and needed to be replaced. The manager lied to me. And they sold me a car which was NOT safe to drive. I am fortunate that I was not in an accident. Do not trust this dealership.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If you intend to buy a car from J & S, make sure you are ready to close the transaction and drive home your intended purchase home the very same day you test drive it. They had a really nice vehicle in stock that I wanted to buy. My bank who didn't have J and S on their list of dealerships for whom they finance, promised a great interest rate that none of J & S's banks could match. So, the very next business day, I went to my bank, filled out and signed the paper work and obtained a check for the transaction. I called my sales rep. moments later and told him I would be there that evening to finalize the deal and drive my new car home. Three hours later, he called and told me that they sold it to someone else. Stick with dealerships that your bank deals with. Don't test drive a car that you want with the intention of coming back a day or two later to buy and drive home-they will sell it to someone else in the interim. That's what they did to me.

i bought a truck here, went and took it for a test drive first. Once i got it on the highway at higher speeds, truck was shaking....a week and half later check engine lights appeared. Its obvious someone cleared the codes to sell it. Never again will i go there, I don't recommend anyone buying here. $27k on a truck, had it a month and am still getting work done on it.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Bought a Audi Q8. When the car arrived the bumper was damaged (never disclosed), floor matt was missing, 1/2 tank of gas. Spend $75k and they don't even buy replacement for a missing floor mat and fill the tank? Anthony in sales when I called about the bumper he said it should just pop back in? Brought it to Audi and the entire bumper trim needed to be replaced $2500 Two weeks later the black trim around the windows start to flake off. Brought it to Audi, apparently the window trim, rims, front and rear bumpers where pained after market! Never disclosed!!! Window trim replacement $3500 Spoke to the manager and he said I was out of luck. I would never buy a car from these clowns! Absolutely the worst dealership! One star is being generous! Stay Away!!!

I rented a car from Saliba Rentals in Hamilton, they are under J & s Auto Haus three under the original J& S Auto Haus company. I rented a car from them through an app called Hyrecar, they work with rideshare companies. My contract had my rental until July 31st. When I talked to them over text that my rental was actually until August 1st ( I have proof on a text). They are closed sundays. No where did they say I would have to pay an extra day. I went to return the vehicle today and they told me i was a day late. Per what they told me I was not. I was forced to pay another $75. I returned their car back even cleaner then I received it. And now to be spiteful they are saying I returned the car dirty and I did not. I was given the all clear when I left. They are doing this to prevent me from getting the $75 promo card they partner with Hyrecar for. I nee them to pay me back for the extra day which was $75 at the very least. And not charge me for cleaning, the car was 100% NOT dirty. I have also attached a copy of my contact with them showing my rental was until today. This rental place Saliba are liars and will try to rip you off for as much money as they can. Please do everything you can to avoid renting anything from them or buy a car from J&S Huass III , you will not get what you are promised and they will straight up lie to you. Also proof has been found that the rental was issued to me until August 1st... again please do not rent or buy from these people.
