Jim certainly knows his way around cars. If you have an electrical or any other weird problem- anything all the other guys just couldn't figure out- Jim is your man. He is very observant and will figure out what's wrong with your car. Basically he's Dr. House for your car. He will also not try to up-sell you on things you don't need. Good, old-fashioned knowledge and experience.
