The tow truck driver (Alfredo) was kind and extremely helpful! He arrived very quickly and went above and beyond in his roadside and customer service! During a challenging time when my car wouldn’t start, HE got it started! (Not the AAA service mechanic) Due to his skills and experience, I didn’t get my car towed! I’m very grateful. Thank you so much!
