I’m writing this review because I feel I have to let you all know this that is reading this. Usually if you do not like a place you can just avoid them, but since the area uses them for car collisions for the general public I have to let you all know this. My car was involved in a collision and was sent to hawks, during the process of insurance claims and dealing with what to do with the car .The thing that did not sit right with me is that the car is totaled but yet they are telling you what you can and can not get out the car. They know and what I know is most likely I’m going to have to scrap the car because insurance companies usually do not pay to rebuild a totaled vehicle.
I could not get belongs out the car, but not only that I’m not sure if they realized that I can not take the car off the lot and drive away because it was totaled. So they are making rules for what you can and can not get out a car that does not move. The only option is money involved basically to get something out your car. So basically your title for collateral which they can make money of off spare parts which is what was going to happened regardless for a car that is totaled or two pay the towing fee from a wrecked car to get stuff out of a car and to remind you that it is totaled.
The deceitfulness is insane here. Mostly the antics of corruption there. If anyone gets into a collision I hope you don’t but if you do and your car is totaled take out everything possible. If you could strip it please do. It is crazy to hold someone’s personal belongs for ransom basically in a car that is totaled and does not move.
If you are using them through a third party like AAA you basically have a force field protecting you from the evil that is there

Scum of the earth, worst people. They impounded my car 4 minutes down the street and charge $175/flat fee, $45/day storage, cash only. They make you jump through hoops to get it back, making up their own rules. When I asked them what would would happen if I was on vacation. With a big smile they said “You would’ve had to pay alot of money”.
Absolute scum, if you need a tow sure no problem. If your car gets impounded, good luck.

I had the utmost respect 4 Hawk until his true character & lack of integrity unfortunately revealed itself. He wanted a truck I was about to post, but gave him first dibs on it b4 making it public. He said “what’s it going to take to get it done?” We agreed on a number just 4 him to hit me w/excuse after excuse after excuse delaying the process. I explained to him that I vouched 4 his word with my business partner, & bottom line is—he made a fool out of me & took money out of my pocket as I had a partner that put his life on hold for 3 weeks just 4 the guy “Hawk” to just dishonor his word, & didn’t even have the common decency or courtesy to just tell me he changed his mind. Thought he had the old school ethics, morals, & values I was taught , but he proved otherwise. Still wish him the best&hopefully he can rediscover how imperative a man’s word is. To leave a single father high & dry & make me come out of pocket to cover his word being worthless truly blindsided me!! I vouched 4 your word Hawk & that’s how u repay me? Thanks a lot! I can add the messages if need be??

Called for a tow to a local garage thru AAA. Was told approx 90 minute eta . 2 hrs pass. I called AAA to check on the status. I was told the driver was enroute. Eta was another 45 mins. An hour later i call AAA again , still enroute. A total of 5 hrs pass . The driver calls to confirm my location. When i asked him what the delay was , He told me that he had just gotten the call from dispatch. I was then asked if I was with the vehicle. After I informed him that I was now at work. I was then informed that due to the age of my vehicle i had to sign a damage waiver. ( I completely understand that ) However if you would have shown up at the original time , and not taken 5 hrs to travel 4 miles to my location . And lied, telling me you were on the way every time I called .This would have gone much smoother .

If i could give Zero Stars i would i called today at 6:30pm to tow my vehicle off the highway to my mechanic i received a quote of $175 and when i called back i answered by a man who attitude was deplorable and whose speech was slurred as if he was drunk. I tried to explain i called before with call logs in hand i had reach out to them and was spoken with about the tow but he’s only kept replying with “i never received a called”

Recently used Hawks directly after having trouble reaching AAA for an emergency tow. Hawks answered promptly, gave a fair and accurate response on arrival time. The driver arrived promptly, loaded my car quickly and delivered it to service location. He was courteous, friendly, professional and even informed me that AAA might refund me for the tow (they did). Thank you driver H13!

Hawk’s Towing provides great service! Needing a tow never happens when it’s convenient. Hawk’s is quick to respond. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and kind. I highly recommend calling Hawk’s Towing for towing needs.

I had to call AAA for a tow. Yeison front Hawks towing was assigned to me. He was personable, friendly, and handled my vehicle with care. Made a stressful situation a little less stressful. Thank you for your service!

If I could give zero stars, that’s exactly what this place would get. The driver is completely inconsiderate. I’m not sure if it is an act of racism, Feminism or he’s truly just not in touch with himself. The gentleman in the office 10 out of 10 even worse. I don’t know who gave them a business license or how they even managed to get reviews with more than half of a star. My experience with them was terrible. You obviously don’t contact businesses like this when your car is working fine and dandy. People in this profession should have some sort of empathy or compassion related issues being that your business is based around towing and car problems. These people were rude, disgustingly, mannered, and indicate. Save your time go elsewhere do not give them your money. The only thing that these people did not do to me was call me out my name or spit in my face. They were truly disrespectful.

These people are the worst type of people that I have ever. They sent me a driver who was anything but empathetic he had no nice bone in his body. He was so rude threatening to tow my car over me trying to figure out how to transfer seven dollars. I called the company in order for me to make a payment via my credit card because the driver driver only accepted cash, which is fine and the Older gentleman in the office is being so rude so inconsiderate telling me that he’s busy and he has other things to do which is understandable he he’s running a business but that’s not how you talk to customers. Their driver threatened to tow my cousins car, a 17-year-old girl Over the seven dollar payment continuously yelling at her stating that he hast to get paid which again makes sense Empathy definitely was not his strong suit. I pray for these two gentlemen I pray that God forgives them, And I truly hope that you guys NEVER Do business with these people. Never. Save your money save your time. The worst type of people these are just money hungry they don’t care for your safety. They don’t care that you’re human. They don’t care that you’re going through real world problems. They just care about money making a quick buck. Sad.

Got into the show Parking Wars last year and saw your company pop up a few times. Hawk handled all those wild encounters better than I ever would have lol. Glad to see y’all still around and in business.
