My first time going here, brought a bunch of work shirts and some polos. Come back to pick them up and a polo is missing. Woman says it must be at their other store and if I come back tomorrow they'll have it. Came back next day, still no shirt, she says they are looking and will call me. No phone call after another day so I come back again, they say they still can't find it and ask me how much the shirt costs. I gave her an estimate of the cost (was bought years ago and was one of my favorite shirts, it can't be replaced). This woman opened up the register and basically threw money at me and said "hey, sometimes we lose things, it's just bad luck." I asked if that was her excuse, that it's just my bad luck? She pointed to all the clothes on the racks and said we have so many orders we can't keep track of them. Literally that is what your business is. People bring their clothes to you and you keep track of them so that they can be returned to the customer after they are cleaned. I told her that I've been going to dry cleaners for over 20 years and never once had an item lost.She didn't like that and clearly she didn't appreciate that I was trying to hold her accountable. She just said there's nothing else she can do and walked away. Then as I'm leaving I hear her hissing at me, this lady actually hissed at me. Loudly and continuously as I left the shop. Oh, I also asked for no starch on my shirts and the ones they did actually return are starched like crazy. This is an awful business. There are plenty of dry cleaners in the area and trust me, you can do better. Steer clear.

Tad expensive, but I've had no issues. Example of expensive: to clean the dress of my two year old was the same price as an adult $20
