Service guy gave estimate or 2 hours top . 2 and half hours later Car is not even picked up. Once I notify the mechanic comes back in 10 mins and says it's a back order . I have to then pay $210 for diagnostic repair . This is a rip off .

Garett Linder's got your back! He worked with us for two weeks. Quick to respond, but gave us space as we worked through the options. When you start looking at cars, your phone always starts ringing off the hook. But after speaking with Garett once, his was a call you wanted to answer. Genuine curiosity and helpfulness without any pressure. Managers Mario and Chris are straight-shooters. Once the deal was the deal, there were none of the gimmicks you sort of expect. I recommend Haldeman to anyone interested in a Subaru, but I highly recommend asking for Garett.

We recently purchased a new Outback at Haldeman Suburu. Our Salesperson Garrett helped us in the car buying process. He answered all of our questions, showed us the benefits of Suburu, Haldeman and the Outback. Garrett helped to make the car buying process easy. The dealership was really easy to work with and look forward to expanding this relationship in the future. I would recommend Haldeman Suburu.

Had an amazing experience preparing (for many months) and then when the day came to buy my Crosstrek Wilderness, Salesman Seth Rhodunda and Sales Manager Jake Tansley were fantastic during the whole process and time happily answering all questions and finding answers if they didn't know off hand, and the rest of their crew that helped with finace and how to use the electronics in the vehicle totally took their time to make sure i was on same page and comfortable leaving with my new ride. I highly recommend using them and Haldeman Subaru for your purchases!! This is my family's second in 4 years and we'll definitely be back if/when need/want to make another purchase!!

Caution if you’re purchasing a used vehicle. I purchased a used, 2020 Legacy about a year ago from Haldeman. The salesperson was cool and charming. Negotiation was not a thing, and you’ll get pressured to have additional fees added towards your purchase. A day after making the purchase, I noticed that there was an issue with the brakes, so I contacted the dealership and explained the issue. I was asked to return the car, and the issue was resolved (partly). I also noticed that the side panel on the passenger side, which I believe houses an airbag, was sticking out. When I pointed it out to the salesperson, he slammed it back into place. A year later, my rear brakes need replacing, I’ve needed road assistance twice, as my car’s battery has died, and the airbag side panel still pops out of place. I’m baffled as to a car that was purchased a year ago is in need of a battery, brakes, and has something iffy going on with an airbag.

Just purchased my Mustang five months ago. The service department was just as awesome as the Sales and Finance departments. Friendly service from Jose was greatly appreciated.

Purchased a Ford Edge from Haldeman Ford at the end of July 2024. The dealership is very well run and they make the process very convenient and easy. Our sales representative, Max, made the experience super easy and comfortable. We highly recommend Max and are likely to come back next time we are on the market for a vehicle.

Recently the transmission went in my Subaru, in a rough spot on a busy road. Wasn't sure about the outcome and expecting the worst. Car was brought in, I was kept informed of the issue, I was given a loaner car for 7 days. I was not expecting but extremely grateful for the assistance that Haldeman offered and the care and respect they showed in a terrible situation. They were able to work with me and I'm very thankful they are in our community!!!

We had an absolute disaster happen today. These guys saved our sons 2nd birthday, god bless. So we are barreling down 295, right? some electrical fluke happened and our car slowly decides to open the moon roof. In the POURING rain. And NOT let us close it. We panicked. the kids panicked. It was POURING rain. We tried everything. Soaked the user manual. Decided to just book it to the nearest subaru dealer. By the time i stumbled into their service reception area, i was a babbling stressed out, absolutely soaked mess. with glasses too wet to see and mascara running down my face. They gave us a big plastic sticker, sussed out the electrical issue, and they listened to us when i said we'd rather just get it closed and cut off the electrical than try to fix it and miss our babys birthday. They solved the problem the way we wanted it solved, and they did it really fast considering we just showed up with our whole family soaking wet outta nowhere. the waiting room was full of snacks and fruit I could cheer up the kids with...and coffee i very badly found myself wanting. They were all very kind to us. Their swift kind work saved my 2 year old sons little train day. We saw all the choo choos at Northlandz and made it home before the dogs lost their mind. I'd call that a win any day. Thank you service folks at Haldeman Subaru. You're alright. <3

I went in to specifically have my CVT transmission inspected per the 10yr/100k warranty. If there is no issue which there wasn't the tech according to the warranty and tsb the tech is supposed to stop and only charge me a $90 diagnostic fee. Instead this intelligent mechanic uses his mechanic telepathy to deduce that it's due to dirty air filters wipers. I believe he said it was all original, specifically the windshield wipers, well the problem is that I have a carfax that shows. Multiple car services oil changes, 3x window changes so he lied on his write up. According to the extended warranty flowchart if there wasn't a CVT concern he is to STOP, I only authorized CVT inspection, not backyard diagnosis. How he tested the coils is not the proper SOA way of determining a dead coil per your own in FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL Also I didn't know master mechanic uses backyard techniques to diagnose a bad coil, and didn't test the other side bc it requires a lot more of equipment to be moved. According to the factory service manual, to see if the coil is bad you test the plug for ten V with IGN on, you don't swap coils on one side to other known bad plugs. I NEVER asked or wanted this diagnosis! I get quoted 680 lmfao, I replaced all the plugs with OEM NGKs and haven't had a misfire? Dead coil ? NOPE! Also the mechanic took it for a test drive but millage IN is the same as millage OUT, more lies! Also he just wrote in random numbers on my car condition sheet, example 1 bc the car CALLS for 33psi. I keep fronts at 35 pai with a digital pressure gauge and back tires at 36.8 PSI, but he wrote all my tires were the same he never ever checked! Master tech missed the original serpentine belt which per tsb 16-107-17R, the tech DID NOT follow the proper procedure! Instead he swapped my #3 coil onto the #1 plug and #1 coil from his write up also I believe I have what he said as well when I spoke to him. This IS NOT HOW A COIL IS TESTED! BUY A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC! I'm writing SOA about this incident and the other 600 tabs for this car. I just replaced the radio because of the screen delamination which is a recall for the gen 3 densos , not mine with the giant bubble where the sun hits the radio when the roof is open. Also before I left the person who wrote up my paperwork I asked how much it would be , she said only the $90! diagnosis of it isn't the transmission. I went in for a CVT inspection. I can change plug coils oil bc I don't need to pay your ridiculous prices. Also I'm the highest google RATER in this area and this feedback will go up on your site and it will be the first review ANYONE SEES, ight want to check your reviews.... And rectify the situation bc I've owned Subarus all my life this is probably my last one!!
***Edit Seems like standard Subaru CS BS as noted in reply.
