Loved the experience of virtual shopping with this team. Aaron and Jake responded quickly to my emails and questions. The group on site shared managing our late shopping experience and was welcoming when we walked in late. The sale was completed in 1 hour. I removed a star as it felt pressured after the test drive. But ultimately Jonathon helped get me into a beautiful certified outback that I had trouble committing to…I wish we’d had time to review the features of the car but it was a late sale and the Outback XT while providing all the high end features has been simple to set up this far.

Rich Palumbo provided exceptional service, offering transparency and honesty throughout the process. He explained all the terms and costs involved, making the buyout process straightforward and stress-free. The process was quick and efficient, and I drove away with my vehicle without any delays. Even after the buyout, Rich continues to provide excellent customer support.

DO NOT BRING ANY VEHICULE TO THIS SHOP WHEN YOU HAVE A MISS FUEL FILL.I have my van in the shop since July 2023, for a incident of 3rd party missing fuel fill. and "they fix", THEY TOOK 1 month approximate , I drove the van when they call me to pick up couple hrs. later I have a check engine light on , notice some other issues like oil leaking underneath, this was from a area they have to remove a cover to be able and reach the previous issue, mean the tech was forced or bended and never replace until oil spill out on driving move. also broken windshield cap, oil houses attach out of location and antifreeze house bended, scratches at front of vehicle, interior door handle AND steering full of oil .Well this is the time I still waiting for a respond. they said they been waiting for the adjuster and the insurance company to be come approved all this extra work. I contact the insurance company and they mentioned they was waiting on the dealer ship to respond back with new proposal and pictures, etc. well between the insurance company and the dealer ship are driving me crazy. this is the time I don't have my van with me today is 11/09/23.the dealer sheep not reply back as they mentioned, but the way I left a voice mail and they don't return my calls any more . I have stop at dealer shop couple time and they just have an answer, we waiting for the insurance to approve. I feel they don't care as much the fist time , to "fix" my vehicle., cuss this 2nd time was not necessary to go back ,if the tech will considerate the work to be done right since first time.any one has any suggesting, to move forward and get my van back ! fix!

Called for a basic part, and the part advisor clearly did not want to do his job and just hung up on me... called back and they kept me on hold and hung up again. take you business somewhere else, this dealer could care less about customer service.

I ordered a Ford Maverick in Sep of 2022 and took delivery in Jun of 2023 due to the expected delivery restraints. I had no problems dealing with my sales person while ordering the vehicle and while making a change to the order after the order was submitted. I was told by the sales person that the vehicle would be price protected for the current 2022 price including the Dealer Doc fee. When I arrived to pick up the Vehicle, I was told that I must pay the updated 2023 Vehicle price and that Haldeman Ford will not honor the 2022 price and that I must wait 4 to 6 weeks for Ford Co. to reimburse Haldeman for the difference in price and that they would pass it on to me. They said “That’s the way Haldeman Ford does it” and that I would have to pay the increased Doc fees. I patiently waited 6 weeks for reimbursements check from Ford Co. After 6 weeks I spoke to the sales person and sales manager and explained that I did not receive the check. I was given a Phone number to Ford Co. and was told that the Dealer had no way of looking into the delay. After 3 months of no help from my sales person and sales manager I contacted the General Manager of Haldeman Ford and was issued a check of less than I was expecting within 3 days. No explanation of the amount was offered. Haldeman Ford should be more forthright with their Customers.

We highly recommend Haldeman Subaru on Rt 33 in Hamilton. Our salesman Nick Renzi was terrific. He was patient and understanding in dealing with my many questions and concerns. He never pressured me and was a genuinely nice person. After visiting several local dealerships, we decided to work with them because of the general attitude and pleasant atmosphere. Also a big shout out to Mike Longo, Nick's manager who came through with a great price to cinch the deal.

Horrible place I brought a 2017 truck and only had it 42 hour and the check engine light came on ! The service is Horrible nobody is helpful ! They kept my truck for 3 days without telling me anything , it took for me to come up to the dealership to find out my engine blow ! And they previously turn the check engine light off 2 months prior . How can you sell a vehicle knowing it isn't right to drive !PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!

The service department is lousy. Had a vehicle that needed service and needed to talk to the service manager and never heard back after trying to get in touch 3 times. Had to take my vehicle somewhere else. Had another vehicle with a problem that needed service, they claimed to fix it but didn’t twice. Wanted to talk to the service manager but never heard back. Went to the dealer and tried to rectify the problem, but the service manager Zack was unprofessional and told us to take our business elsewhere. Had to put in a complaint to Ford Motor Company. Would not recommend Haldeman Ford to anyone.

The scheduled service was done efficiently and only what was scheduled. No “extra problems” were detected. The car wash was appreciated. The staff was polite and professional. A big improvement has occurred there over the past year.

This dealership is the absolute best. I’m from Reading, PA. I had got stuck in New Jersey and my car was towed to this location. Mannnn, let me tell you how outstanding, generous, informative, helpful, and caring the service team were to me. They made my experience unforgettable. Turned a stressful day into an “it’s okay we will take care of you” I am traveling to them for any services I may need on my vehicle. Then to put the icing on the cake they put a bouquet of flowers on my seat, showing appreciation. Hands down the best dealership I’ve encountered.

Very professional dealership to work with! I special ordered a new 2023 Bronco Big Bend in March & the vehicle arrived at the dealership end of July. My salesmen, Walter, ensured that I felt informed and guided throughout the whole process by checking in with me many times. When my vehicle arrived, I asked to be shown how to take the roof & doors off. Walter, plus two other colleagues, immediately came out and happily demonstrated it for me.

I will not return ford of Hamilton service was terrible service manager was worse had an attitude on the phone with me and as soon as I question things on my car and procedures and it bring brought back for multiple times for same issues or issues that could have been taken care of in one service was made multiple repairs to keep getting deductible I think I was truly treated different because the color of my skin items underneath were broken by then and camera was told that was normal operation guess I’m being taken as a fool. Stay away Zac is a racist
