I love this florist. Fiori's will get my business every year when I send my highschool friend a birthday bouquet. They delivered on time and my friend told me the bouquet was amazing. Thank you Fiori's. Great work!??

My husband ordered flowers from the Trenton, NJ location and the order was confirmed to deliver on Valentine's Day by 3:00PM. He received an email around 11:00 AM saying they are too busy to deliver and the arrangement was not available. He called them with me on a conference call. They offered to deliver the arrangement he ordered on 2/15 and a phone call to me to confirm the mistakes was their fault and not my husband's. Of course, he declined because the order should have been delivered when they agreed which was 2/14 by 3:00 PM. They did not have any other arrangement to offer to be delivered on the date he requested. Awful service to cancel day of, not offer different arrangement to be delivered on the day requested and to offer to deliver on a different date that was requested.

Worst customer service! I first googled a florist near a particular church for a funeral. This company name populated. I read the reviews and continued to order. On the website, it stated I had 15 hours left to place order for next day delivery. I selected a peace lily plant. Then selected a time for delivery. I choose 8am. I provided the location for the funeral and name of the family. Those were the only questions asked which was needed.Next day, I called the location at 8:30 am. No answer. The answer machine came on and stated “ They do not open until 9 am”. It was strange because I had an 8am delivery. The florist called by 9:03 and stated “ we do not open until 9 am and I need the directors name of the funeral home” I replied and told Janice I do not have the directors name but that’s the location and I will like my order to be delivered there. This is my first time that I needed a directors name for an arrangement to be delivered. I called the company back and solidified the location. Once again, she stated I needed the directors name. This entire time, Janice was rude. She told me that the arrangement will be left there if that’s the wrong location. Time went by and by 1 pm I have not heard if anything was delivered. I called to confirm and told Janice that I did not receive a email. Janice stated “ yes it’s been delivered and we don’t do that”. Meaning they do not send emails. Soon as the conversation was finished a email was sent stating the flowers were delivered.I called the company , spoke with the owner and she half way apologized and stated I didn’t have the information they need. Basically blaming me. I advise to never shop with this store !!!!!!!! No stars if I could

They were delivered on time and my friend loved them. I saw a photo and was not overly impressed for the "deluxe" bouquet - looked like what I could get at the grocery store in the cheaper section.

I was immediately called by Fiore's when the flower I selected online was unavailable, and was provided a similar alternative. The delivery was on time and the flowers were beautiful!

Ordered flowers for a relative's funeral online. I received 2 calls from the staff regarding clarification on my order the same day of the order. The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, I did not receive my confirmation of delivery email in a timely manner. I emailed the company in order to receive my delivery confirmation. The event was videotaped, and I could clearly see the flowers in the video. I would definitely recommend this company.

I highly recommend Fiori's Flowers. I've used them twice, most recently for my dear friend's funeral. Fiori's flower arrangements stand out amongst the rest. Online ordering was simple enough, but I wanted to make a change and they were so kind and helpful. Fiori's does not disappoint. My photo doesn't do the arrangement justice. The coloring is not accurate. This arrangement was gorgeous.

My father just passed, and they did an absolutely beautiful job on all the flowers. Will definitely use them in the future. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.
