The Trenton NJ Sorting facility for FedEx has a serious theft issue, which FedEx doesn’t address. If you could avoid this entire company, do so and save your time. FedEx should care for its customers.

Terrible customer service, lazy driver leaves 600$+ package without signature at an easier houses driveway near mine. No sympathy on the phone like I'm just an annoyance... Asked to file a complaint about the driver of my shipment and got an annoying run around instead....

Listing says they're open till 5:30 and sign on the door confirmed this. Was there at 4:59 and the place is closed with no sign anywhere. Called the number and they said today they closed at 4:30. So why don't they bother updating their hours?? There's an hour of my life I won't get back
