Had left my EZ pass in my rental after returning the car. When I called, someone had been driving across state lines racking up almost 100$ in fees. Very suspicious what car was using my EZ pass- kept calling this location to see if they can at least tell the person who has it to stop using it. Never heard from them. Very suspicious and not sure if an employee took it and just used it- despite opening all these cases through enterprise no one gets back to you. Opening a fraud case.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Enterprise. The Bordentown location is quick and easy. We like enterprise so much we purchased a car from them recently!

Always a fast and friendly check in. Seems that it is no longer a practice to give the vehicle with a full tank. This means you either have to gamble on how much to put in before returning it, and/or pay for more gas than you were given. The employees at Bordentown and Princeton locations are great though.

absolutely terrible! i asked for a midsize car they only had a gas guzzling truck. That i almost crashed due to a “safety” feature on it. When i switch it up i get a sentra(small) that smelled like an ashtray. i had to drive with the windows down, Then i take back because it stinks and they have no cars. I had to drive to olden ave in trenton to get something. The manager she was arrogant and felt as if i was annoying her complaining, I drove for over an hour to get a car today. oh yeah the sentra was empty so i had to put gas in it. who rents and empty car? The worst tun around ever!!

After our vehicle broke down on the jersey turnpike and we needed to be at our destination that evening, they met us with our rental car at the repair shop and we were on the way quickly. Customer service was phenomenal.

This place does not take care of their cars. I arrived on Friday, June 23 to pick up a rental for work. The vehicle given to me was essentially a Smart Car with a second row included, very very small and very uncomfortable to sit in. On top of this, the car was dirty and stains all over the seats and center console areas. I asked for an upgrade (I didn't think this would be an issue given that I am a National Executive tier member) but was told I would need to be pay the increased fee. Unfortunately, I was travelling for work and would not have been able to justify the price increase through my company.When I commenced my journey to Virginia on June 25, I noticed a TPMS warning and the drive tire was down to 28 PSI. I didn't think much of it and began my trip. As I drove, the tire continued to leak air and by the time I reached my destination, it was down to 12 PSI. Further, it was quickly evident that the steering wheel was way out of alignment and the car was shaking for a majority of the trip while at highway speeds. Fortunately, I was able to exchange my car at the airport rental location closest to my destination in Virginia when I arrived but this Bordentown Enterprise location has clearly demonstrated they do not take customer safety seriously. I would not recommend them and I will certainly never be returning!The only reason I give two stars is because Naz was very helpful and polite the day I picked up the vehicle and did everything possible into looking into if he could upgrade me complimentary. Unfortunately, it was a decision he was not allowed to make. Bravo to him, big F to everyone that is above him for not maintaining vehicles properly at this location!

Always a pleasant experience renting at Yardville office. The vehicle I request is always there when arrive and whenever I have a question about contract or billing everyone is more than accommodating and friendly..
