hello everyone, I would like to put out a review a call for action I would like to know if there's anyone out here that has started a drop ship business with designer church suits also known as We Ship Fashions I have been in business with these people for a little over a year I have done everything possible in order to have a successful business I have spent numerous of monies on ads over the radio television, etc. but yet I was not able to receive one order online. However, I had a small base of pastors that came to me personally to order for them on the back end of my business , so I had control over that small group. It just so happens that one of my customers told her mother to go online and order from my site. Her mother lives in Canada. She called me a couple months ago and asked me if I received her order for which I replied when did you place the order online? I did not get a notification a couple weeks ago. She came back with the same argument and asked me what's going on and she said that she was redirected from my site to We Ship Fashions or designer church suit as they are known she couldn't figure out how she end up on their site ordered through them and received the order through them. When in reality she ordered from my site so the question is, maybe U2 have been a victim of these scammers not only have these stolen your monthly fees from you. They also stole your customers all the hard work that you put in and believing that you somehow failed in that business because you weren't getting any customers I would like you to please reach out to me so we can make these people pay for what they've done obviously they have not only stolen from us once they have stolen from us twice, please email me at

I ordered a mason hat on January 3rd 2023. This hat was for my godmother. It is now the 9 th of January and no email or no hat. The white manager that I spoke to for I'm assuming this black business spoke to me in a very condescending manner. He yelled at me twice. I felt threatened and uncomfortable. How can he be the face of a black church and black business????? This is white abuse and pimping at an all time high. Black people reading this Do Not Order from this company ever. This company takes our money and treats us like trash.

If I could give them a ZERO I would!! They are SCAMMERS!! I returned three suits I purchased with an exchange/credit request. Paid 30 dollars to return and after almost a week had to call them asking had they ever received my return. After over SEVEN calls later,hung up on, put on hold,told they BUSY and Finally that they cancelling me and taking 25% of my money, I am furious! I am glad I purchased threw a third party and requesting ALL of my money returned! All staff is RUDE,OWNER RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND ALL THE ONES THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS, SAME PEOPLE!!

this company preys on the customer that likes nice church clothes and hats. The product does not match the picture. I bought 2 hats and it took forever for them to arrive, when they did arrive the box was crushed, the hats were so cheaply made, the hats look like something a 3rd grader would wear to a Halloween parade as a pirate. the owner of this company is so rude, customer service is none existent. also the company has so many different websites all I can say is buyer beware. I sent the hats back and had to pay $37 to ship them back, I really lost on this transaction. I will never trade with this company again, use caution when shopping online with this company.

If I could rate this company a no stars I would. When my order arrived it was not what I ordered and when I notified the company the customer service was terrible. I was told that I would have to pay to send back the items I did not order before they would be able to send me the items I ordered. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Marc 9, 2022. Buyer beware of bad customer service and low quality merchandise. Norman, who is the person in charge is rude and totally unprofessional. Sean, Michael, and Norman doesn't know the meaning of real customer service. The merchandise that they are putting on sale is deeply flawed and/ or damage items. Pay close attention to the sales, different sizes of different items , it a scam. The website descriptions and pictures aren't accurate and they don't truly describe the the items. Norman act likes he's doing you a favor and giving really good discounts with those deeply flawed clothes that he can't sale. Be careful, Designer Church suits .com have several different names but the same bad customer service. Please, beware of Norman and his crew with their terrible customer service, fake sales, and horrible return policy. Norman and his crew are very slow and unprofessional.

My wife ordered a suit for me as a Father's Day gift. When the suit arrived, we realized that it was too big. She called the company to determine her options. She was told that we could exchange it. So she sent the suit back (paid shipping cost and everything). Three weeks later, she doesn't hear anything back. So she calls to follow up. After being put on hold for an extremely long time, she's told that in order to get a new suite, she'd have to pay shipping cost. The first suit was shipped for free. They're not going to ship the second suit for free. So my wife asked if she could get a store credit. The answer was yes. She also asked if she ordered something new, would that be considered a new purchase, and would that qualify for free shipping? She was told yes. However, there was a guy in the back ground telling the customer service person that he's not paying to ship a suit to Hawaii again. He'd be losing money. I don't think that he knew that my wife could hear him or maybe he did, and he just didn't care. The guy who was talking in the background now gets on the phone and starts talking to my wife. I didn't like how the conversation was going, so I get on the phone and ask him about his policy. As I'm talking to this guy, he's snapping at me and cutting me off. This was absolutely the worst customer service that I had ever experienced. I asked him if we ordered something new, would that qualify as a new purchase? He responded, "no...why would I do that!" He was the most unprofessional human being that I've come across in years. His position was that he got his suit back, and the only way that we were going to get a replacement suit is if we pay shipping. So I asked him for a full refund. He said that he was going to charge us a 25% restocking fee. I hung up after that. You can't argue with fools. This guy was more concerned about a 1 time shipping cost that we were willing to pay to return the suit, than maintaining a customer for life. Because there aren't any relevant and affordable suit vendors here in Hawaii, we were prepared to do more business with Designer Church Suits. But this guy totally ruined that for us. BUYER BEWARE - THIS IS A RACKET!!

Shawn is a crook..If that is real name. Sent the wrong suit and charged me restocking and shipping charges for exchange......He would not answer my call when he knew I was calling... my call went stay to holding. While on hold for several minutes, I used my husband's phone to call and was answered immediately by someone else. I asked to speak to Shawn and was told he was on the phone. I told him I was calling to inquire to why my account was refunded for only (1) suit although I had returned to (2). He said, that the suits were in separate packages. *Received one day apart* I replied that it has been almost three weeks and said I would have the refund within 3 to 5 business days. I asked why did I have call to receive the refund. He was silent and the repeated that I would receive the refund in 3 to 5 business. I had paid using Affirm and my account was credited $209 for a $399 suit. CROOKS. WARNING: NOT GOOD/HONEST BUSINESS PROVIDER!!!

Buyer beware from placing online orders from Designerchurchsuit.com. Sean and Michael (if that is their real names) are crooks and scan artist. On February 6, 2020 as a surprise gift for my husband for Valentine's Day. Palpay was charged on February 7, 2020 for the amount of $169.00 vis PayPal. My PayPal account was charged $169.00 on February 7, 2020. Since I had not received a tracking number by Wednesday, February 12, 2020, I called the store at phone number 908-378-1470 and spoke with Sean. Sean said that he was getting ready to call me to let me know that the size 50R was not available and did I want to order a different suit. I gave him a different item number and he said he would check k the warehouse and give me a call back. After not hearing from Sean, I called the location again and Michael answered the phone. Michael said that Sean had left for the day and that he could help me. I once again had to explain to Michael what Sean and I had discussed. Michael stated that he would handle the situation and email me a tracking number on Monday, February 17, 2020. On Tuesday, February 18, 2020, after not receiving a tracking number I called the location again and was told that they were working on the order and would send me a tracking number. On Friday, February 21, 2020, I still had not received a tracking number, so I called the location and spoke with Michael. Michael told me that Sean had refunded my money on February 17, 2020, which has not shown up in my PayPal account but also stated that they have over 30 other suits they could let me chose from. To makemayters worse, Micharl tried to insult me by saying we can have "Steve Harvey" call me when he gets in the store today and probably could get me on Family Feud. Buyers beware!!!! Ordered a suit & after a month an a half no suit. They kept telling me it was coming but suit never came. I called in and cancelled my order. Then I get a suit in the mail, I refused the order. They charged me a return fee/restock fee on an order I cancelled. I called in to find out about why I didn't get my full refund when I had cancelled my order, was told I had to speak with Shawn. I have been calling for 3 weeks all they tell me is he is out, at lunch or call back. I have yet to speak with Shawn. Just sad!!!!!!
