I had a terrible experience at this salon today. Within an hour of leaving, my freshly retwisted locs unraveled completely. When I returned to the salon, they refused to listen, blamed me, and spoke in their own language amongst each other when I was talking to them, making me feel disrespected. Despite giving a generous tip, they wouldn't reschedule at a convenient time for me, ignoring the fact that I live in West Philly, not Trenton. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is appalling. Avoid this place at all costs!

my appointment was at 10 am and she showed up at 10:30. I showed her how i wanted my hair, regular size knotless braids. I was wondering why it was taking so long to finish, it was because she did the smallest braid ever. Many kids running around, it doesn’t smell the best in there. And they always stop doing the hair to go eat.My little cousin also went their she told them and showed them a picture of large knotless braid and they is a middle part. the braided but a braid right in the center of her head and it didn’t look right. the braided made my cousin take out the braids and part her own hair. they she said that it still didn’t look right. 2 of the braiders started yelling in her face and locked the door to the shop so she couldn’t get out. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE MONEY.Service: Hairstyling

Made a appointment to get my hair done. Confirm the appointment that morning to make sure everything was good to go. Left work early so I would be on time. When I arrived the door was lock, all the lights were off and closed sign was up. Never called me to let me know the appointment was canceled nor did they call me to reschedule. Poor customer service. Will not be using their services.

If I could rate them ZERO stars I would. I made an appointment for 2pm & ended up waiting 2 hours. I never received any apology. The woman who braided my hair stopped so many times to either talk on the phone and to others braiders or tend to one of her babies. By the time I finished it was almost 8pm. Furthermore, I showed the lady the style & she did not deliver good results at all. The style is too short, uneven, and does not resemble the picture I wanted. My friend says I look like O-Dog from Menace to Society. If someone does decide to go, unless you have time to waste DO NOT LET THE WOMAN WITH THE YOUNG BABIES DO YOUR HAIR. Then she went to change her baby diaper and didn't even apologize for having to stop braiding my hair. The children weren't even wearing masks and we're running all over the place. This place is EXTREMELY UNSANITARY. Seek another braiding shop, this isn't worth time.

Love going hair, they don't all day on your hair 4 1/2 hours max. Depending on ya big head lol
