Was ten minutes late to my daughters team photos and when I showed up they said "I hope she isn't here for pictures" great way to make a 4 year old girl cry.

Terrible customer service. Takes your money, lies to you, and refuses to send digital photos even when you pay for them. Do not use this company, I never write reviews but this really upset me.

They wouldnt allow my friend to edit her photo after they spelled her sons name incorrect. Horrible customer service do yourself a favor and use a different company!
