THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP..........Hyundai of Trenton has to be by far the worst dealership that I've done business with in all my years of purchasing vehicles. They have no integrity and will obviously tell a blatant lie just to make a sale. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I asked if the car had been in any accidents at which time the salesman Abeth Vincent responded the carfax says no accidents which was misleading because if its fixed without going through insurance it won't show up on the Carfax report but as a dealership there are many people that look over the cars and there's no way that no one noticed that it had previous damage. After purchasing the vehicle i noticed that there had been an accident with the vehicle and not minor so there was no way they could say they wasn't aware because there was paint on the tire and the rims which you can see in the pictures and there was also overspray all down the driver side of the vehicle which i am forced to pay to have taken care of out of my pocket. I made the mistake of initially going to see the car on a day that it was raining and picked up the vehicle at night so I didn't initially see the damage but you would think that a dealership of their size and stature wouldn't blatantly deceive buyers knowing that at some point it would be noticed. I would suggest to future buyers avoid this dealership if at all possible to avoid being the next victim of their shady dealings.

Samantha was so helpful, helped us every step of the way in a what would normally be a stressful situation, to make sure that we were comfortable with the choices we were making and were informed about each step of the process. She asked the right questions to help us narrow down our search to find exactly what we wanted and needed. Will also helped us get rid of our older vehicle in a seamless and easy process. Everyone was so polite and friendly, it made the process much better than we thought it was going to be. Highly recommend!

BEWARE OF THE HIDDEN FEES. $799 doc fees allow them to list their prices more competitively. This isn’t a fee that is negotiable, legally, so add $800 to the asking price to get a sense of what they’re actually looking for. They also automatically add a stolen car recovery service to each offer without disclosing that it costs extra until they print the line item offer. At least that could be removed.In our particular experience, their total price seemed ultimately fair/and in line with the market, but that listing price was absolutely a bait and switch.If the business mindset behind hidden fees makes you uncomfortable, I would encourage support businesses that are more transparent. Our salesperson was trying to make it work, and might have been able to convince us to move forward if we hadn’t talked to the sales team manager about it. He came across as arrogant and condescending, and clearly has some pick-up-artist style sales tactics. It left a pretty sour taste in our mouths.FYI sales team: these tactics are also a way for the dealership to take a higher percentage of each deal, so if the salespeople’s commission rate isn’t relatively higher compared to other dealerships, it’s not just the customers getting hurt in the process.We ended up not proceeding with a purchase. For what it’s worth, the car we were interested in seemed as advertised, but obviously I can’t attest to the long-term truth of that.

I’ve lived in the area for my whole life and always have looked at Hyundai of Trenton. Today, I had gone in with my boyfriend since he wanted to buy a car. We were greeted by Peter Lee who helped us throughout the whole process. He helped us out with insurance, payments, and even the choice of car. He was very helpful and made the whole process enjoyable and fun rather than the headache inducing experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Hyundai of Trenton and ask for Peter Lee!!

My 2023 Elantra is just over 1,000 miles and barely three weeks old. It has vibrated since I got it. They wanted to charge me for the balancing since it could have been my fault. I had taken it to Burlington Hyundai a week ago, and the wheels still vibrated.This is a great way to treat a new client with a brand-new car and 1,000 miles. One of the reasons I bought a Hyundai was for the 100,000-mile service guarantee.After my experiences with Hyundai service, I now have no faith in Hyundai service and brought my car to Toyota, where I have been going to for over fifteen years, and I am paying them to balance my tires as I trust them.I am sorry I did not read the service reviews before purchasing the Elantra, a great car.

Walked in to the showroom and Peter Lee came right up to greet us. We had an instant connection and he just felt different that other salesmen we have met in the past. He was sincere and honestly with us, yet also very funny and easygoing. We were able to get a great deal on our first EV purchase. Highly recommend him!

He was kind, understanding, patient, and so incredibly helpful. Loved my experience. Everyone was so nice. Rachel helped with communication and always quickly answered. Anthony H was who I worked with at the dealership. He was super nice and chill and guided me through everything (it’s been 8 years since i got a car). Also shout out to Anthony M. Thank you guys for making my experience so great and easing my anxiety. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I know they should’ve given me more for my trade in but oh well! I’m happy with my new car ? thank you to all!

One of the worst service ans repair experiences I ever had. Left my car for a simple window switch problem, told that a part will arrive in 5 days, for which I was charged more than the average anyways, the part never arrived yet I was told that the car is repaired. Went to pick up the car three weeks later to see that they didn't even touch the car, saying that the part can't be found. Another repair shop just foun it in 2 days and repaired my car for the half price. Avoid this place. Thet only care for new cars with easy tasks like regular maintenance. Don't expect any care for their customers.

Our salesman Anthony Haney was awesome. He made the whole process of buying a new car so easy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about the car as well as the services included. He went out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed.Everyone at the dealership was friendly and they all made us feel welcome. Lindsy Fleming the delivering manager who went over and had us sign all our paperwork, she was very thorough and made us aware of everything we were signing.I highly recommend Trenton Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

I purchased my vehicle from out of town. Everyone was very accommodating and completely transparent about the transaction. Calvin was particularly easy to work with. He was very helpful putting the deal together and in constant communication with me. He went above and beyond with resolving any questions and I never felt pressured into making the sale. When I arrived he was waiting for me with a spotless vehicle that was ready to go with a full tank of gas. The entire process was a breeze. Highly recommend Hyundai of Trenton and Calvin!

Had a great experience with Peter Lee @ Hyundai Trenton. Bought my first Hyundai Kona and love it! Peter was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience very easy and pleasurable. Didn’t push us into anything. Would recommend Peter & Hyundai to everyone!!
