The worst costumer service ever! The cashier on Thursday October 23 afternoon she don’t give me a receipt and I am sure she charge me more money because was $40 for 3 smalls things, she was too busy talking gossip with the women security. I live in DC area I don’t see things like that happening in there. Embarrassing!!

I just called several times and it when I called repeated a sound like it was a fax machine I felt as though it was purposed for me I have issue with stock it’s a inquiry and their business line doesn’t work for me they are shiftless and unapproachably abrusive

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I absolutely would! They are lazy and are not for the patients! They make things so inconvenient for you and are not willing to help verify your insurance or even provide a number so you can call yourself. As a healthcare worker I could never allow myself to inconvenience a patient/customer especially if it is an urgent matter. This is not the first bad experience I have had with them either, they should be ashamed of themselves!

I'm writing a complaint because I was racially profiled here I'm disgusted with the mistreatment and the attitude. The way the situation was handled could've been better. I'm still traumatized by this. That's why I've cancelled my CVS membership for good Worst customer service ever Management is a failure What a waste of time and money Some shop they're running, GREATLY DISAPPOINTING Guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money where you don't feel welcomed. Bye Bye CVS You lost a customer!
