I need help at shavin department and the employees never showed up I waited more than 35 minutes for help

The worst costumer service ever! The cashier on Thursday October 23 afternoon she don’t give me a receipt and I am sure she charge me more money because was $40 for 3 smalls things, she was too busy talking gossip with the women security. I live in DC area I don’t see things like that happening in there. Embarrassing!!
