Sold me a car years ago that they guaranteed would pass PA inspection, but didn’t pass due to bent control arms and other issues from being in a crash. My mechanic said it looked like the dealership band-aided the car together for sale. Took a lot of arguing and threatening to get them to pay for the necessary repairs to be inspected, but they’d rather you drive around in an unsafe car than honor their promises. New reviews indicate things haven’t changed and they are still as crooked as they were before

I bought a 2016 Chevy Spark from eBay and was communicating with Kevin. I paid for the car and drove it home, the car's CVT transmission and check engine light came on 15 minutes into the drive home from Trenton to North Jersey. The car literally stopped running and broke down on the side of the road after the toll plaza on Turnpike exit 8. Panicked, scared, and annoyed, I called Kevin the eBay manager. Kevin was completely UNHELPFUL and kept me stranded on the road without any regard to my safety or willing to assist with the tow of the vehicle. A Good Samaritan helped me tow the vehicle back to 1360 broad street. Mind you, I purchased this car less than 1 hour before all of this happened. Kevin refused to refund my money without his 'mechanic' checking the car. Thankfully, Joe the owner came through and saw that the car was not running/shifting into gear - and he did the right thing by giving me a check for the refund. Kevin is a useless, crooked car salesman. Do not recommend going here.

I wouldn't buy from there unless you are a mechanic i bought my car turns out boat loads of problems and they won't help you out with when you call them. Some b.s about they don't do that. Never going there again. I recommend save your money.

Joe made what seemed impossible possible car payment under $200 for my 2010 Honda Odyssey. Him and his staff are ready to make it happen for you to get into a car they have the warranty so you don’t have to worry they will fix it no charge and efficiently, I know about that part because I got a 2002 Chevy cavalier from him 6 years ago. I was confident coming here because of how successful it was the last time. He even will direct you to private insurance brokers for lower car insurance payments. Don’t worry low credit he will work with you!

Been dealing with Joe for years! Got my sons first couple cars from him now just got myself one! Joe will help anybody within his means judgment free and that speaks volumes in my book! He and his staff are always welcoming and do whatever it takes to make us and so many others happy! Hes definatly a glass half full type of guy! This cruel world needs more of! I appreciate all that you do Joe your efforts do not go un noticed my friend! Ohh also your mechanic is not so bad either! Fletch is the man! ?

This is an unethical, lying, cheating, and scam of a used auto dealer. DO NOT spend your money here. Contact the BBB, NJ Consumer Report, lawyer up, and expose these clowns for selling damaged rusted vehicles from auction houses and selling it on eBay as *noreserveauctions, no*reserve*auction, or any variation of this name. They find loopholes and gaslight your communication attempts to resolve valid complaints backed by Manufacturer proof amicably. They painted over some of the rust, if that's not criminal I don't know what is. Don't trust any of them, Joe, Kevin, and whatever other aliases they have. The DMV Bond is my next stop to expose this business. And on top of that they sold me a car with a faulty transmission. I hope this business goes out of business real soon.

This business fraudulently sold me an unsafe car; upon delivery, I advised them of my issues (day 1) through Kevin (eBay Auto Sales). Nissan certified mechanic advises me that the vehicle has excessive rust and deemed the vehicle unsafe. The transmission that they claimed was smooth- you guessed it also flagged by Nissan along with a list of other issues. I was told by the Nissan advisor that he wouldn't let his wife, mother, or daughter drive this car. It would not pass NC inspection. I am wanting to return this vehicle as their original eBay auction listing did not disclose this vehicle as unsafe. It says something when the manufacturer mechanic is too afraid to work on a vehicle that is literally falling apart. I am pursuing litigation as we speak, as they have ceased to communicate with me. I have a buyer guide with a 30-day warranty that was delivered with the vehicle. There is a BBB complaint from earlier this year stating another car buyer had the same excessive rust issue, deemed unsafe, and advised to sell as parts. This "business" is crooked. Be aware. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Hopefully, I save someone else the heartache.

The people that run the place are very nice however they are unorganized and the cars a lemons The moment I drove the car off the lot I had major problems I will never purchase a car from here again.

I purchased my 2007 Toyota Tacoma in 2018 and BSA fulfilled every commitment they made to me regarding any repairs and services that may be needed. They recently recommended an excellent mechanic to repair my AC (Wurm Auto). I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle, without reservation.

Bought a car from this place and latterly 3 hours later it broke down. I called and spoke to a man named loney and he told me to bring it in Tuesday. Woke up The next morning and when I went to put the car in drive it reversed. Went to the car shop and spoke to Joe he was Fast talking me and being very rude. Joe is giving me the runaround and refusing to give me back a refund.
