“Appreciate the service you get from Marrazzo’s Auto Body shop. Very Top Notch. They make you feel well cared for and work so well with Enterprise that I didn’t have to worry about getting a ride to pick up /drop off a rental. Leah was great with the texts in letting me know when a delay came up and the new date for completion. “So far not so good I was told this place would give a certain price they did a good one for my car they said they'd be here yesterday I called around 4 pm they said by five I believe it says they get texts. I texted them nothing no one got back to me at all.. not very good business I sat and waited all day.. cleaned the car real nice and DID NOTHING but WAITED FOR A TOW TRUCK THAT NEVER CAME... THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY DAY.. update I did call for a second car to be picked up and they didn't beat around the bush days a few days.. now that was better I'm changing my 2 to a four start”
