Staff made for an uncomfortable and just weird visit to this Auto Zone today. When I walked in, the employee says "sweetheart" x3 and I'm like yes, n he says you have to leave your bag at the counter. I said well this is my handbag ?, but I'll take my wallet out...I quickly check for one item, they didn't have...the woman who is rather large that was talking and checking out with the employee, says something stupid, that was fast shopping! I'm like gth...then the employee says what what sweetheart? I'm like do you have a cup holder for a car? He says No...I turned around and left...they made me so uncomfortable and just disgusted... never ever again will I go there...

I had the most horrible experience at Auto Zone. I came in for a battery for my car.. The guy helps me at first I purchased the battery. He told me he was busy and that he wold be with me shortly . Shortly turned into an hour. I went in to the clerk and he said he was still busy. So I asked for the Supervisor. The Supervisor comes out he helps me ,but he has ANNOYED look on his face the whole time. And before he pts the battery in , he ask me did I pay for it ? What a stupid question ? The whole thing was purely racism! I got poor service because of my skin color. The rep lied and said he was busy , it was two people on the register and 3 people on the floor ! Auto zone is way too expensive. I prefer Rock Auto. But if I need the part right now then Advanced Auto is my choice.
