I have been a customer of Savon Pharmacy on Rte 33 in Hamilton for years and always have received the most amazing customer service. Mark follows up with prescriptions by contacting the Insurance company when need be, doctors and whoever else needs to be involved to fix pricing errors, confirm the prescriptions and always gets the job done!!!! I: will always be a customer!!! Thanks Mark!!

Scanning my groceries out in this store I was being profiled this idiot made sure to watch me as I was scanning I’m ready to cash out only to be accused of trying to steal so I dump all the food out of my bags back into the cart and left. Never again spending my money here

I am a legitimate oxycodone user for chronic pain. My usual pharmacy (Shop-Rite East Windsor...they're great!) has had their warehouse back-ordering their supply for 2 weeks now, so I called around and found Acme/Sav-On in Hamilton Township had my prescription in stock. Since I am a Good Rx customer I expected they would honor the price listed on their app. I arrived, was asked for my ID and Good Rx data and the counterperson went to the pharmacist. After a few minutes, the pharmacist came out and told me "he was uncomfortable filling my prescription". He couldn't understand:" how I drove so far (9.6 miles by Google Maps). I offered that he could call my physician's office to verify the validity of my prescriptions...he flatly refused. Then he also mentioned he wouldn't honor Good Rx pricing anyway. I am handicapped....he made me drive 20 miles and struggle in and out of the store for nothing. I may not have been a local, repeat customer...but I can assure you I will NEVER patronize another ACME Pharmacy again. And yes, if I could get a zero-points review published I would.

Complete waste of an afternoon and the Pharmacist smirks at me while saying he's trying to help....I call and speak with a woman for 25 mins about transferring my prescription from CVS to ACME, all info is given and the woman says she's on it. Calls back a couple of hours later and says the prescription is expired, the Dr. has to call in, but that was part of the plan, she was suppose to call the Dr. if there were any questions, she did not, she called me. I called the Dr, who called in and then was told by the head pharmacist that the birthdate given was not in the system but to go ahead and see them they will clear it up. I get there and nothing is cleared up and the pharmacist gives me this smirk and says the "Dr. got the birthdate wrong, so you have to come back tomorrow, at which I blew up in his ugly lying face and told him he just wasted 3 hours of my life and now I have to wait another day for meds I need? This was a disaster from the phonemail, the woman sounded inept and was, the head pharmacist maybe does not like my first name, maybe its personal to him, either way, he sucks as a person and is inept as a pharmacist who does not care about people.

Met Mark our new pharmacist at ACME RT 33 pharmacy today. Very nice and very helpful. Hopefully he will be with us at this location for a long time. We r with this pharmacy for over 2 decades.

They really know their stuff.Super friendly and genuine. Are honest with you & are usually happy to help you through what ever issue or mix up you may be haveing.Considering how much they have on their plate any given day its amazing how efficent everyone on staff is here.

Thank you for fully stocked shelves of EVERYTHING days before Thanksgiving! super friendly staff and shelf stockers... everyone was so helpful, kind, considerate. Really nice shopping trip that I was dreading on doing...turned out great! Much appreciated! And the store was beautifully decorated for the holidays! The store manager, Tim Horner,, is the best of any store around too... he's always helpful and very kind. Robyn at Customer Service always goes above and beyond for me as well. I can never say enough about everyone here! Thank you, ACME!

Previous pharmacists were better at customer ignoring than customer service. I've stood within two feet of a pharmacist for over five minutes without so much as a "be with you in a minute".

They don’t take tickets at the deli counter (which makes no sense) so a woman jumped my spot and the woman at the counter was about as friendly as rabid raccoon!
