This was my first time coming into this acme. I had high hopes but unfortunately kindness goes along way with how these employees treat their customers. I came in here just to get some groceries and when I was done shopping, I had went to check out. I was greeted by a very unpleasant employee who was rude and miserable. She walked up to me with the worst attitude and told me how I wasn’t doing the check out process right. She was on top of me when I was checking my items as if she was going to find something that I’m doing wrong. I am very disappointed with this visit and will definitely not be coming back. That employee was just rude and ruined my entire experience. Just wanted to come shop and get some food for dinner. Never again. I can tell after she walked away she was talking badly about myself. That made me feel super uncomfortable and if that’s how this store runs with these types of employees I hope people start coming less and less. I can see that I’m not the only reviewer who has had this experience. The woman at self checkout deserves to be fired for how she treats customers. I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately I am unable to. Do better managing with what employees you choose to work there because obviously everyone of your employees seems like their forced to work. Everyone here needs some training to have better customer service in my opinion.

I have found this store to be very clean and well stocked. The store is laid out nicely which makes shopping pleasant and efficient. I have come to love the digital app; recipes, coupons and it shows location of products. Very easy to use. The employees that have helped me have been great! .?

I live close so I shop here often, and I’m awfully used to not being greeted by them at any point during my shopping. Today however I was acknowledged at self checkout with how heavily I was monitored in checking out every item. The cashier was within hands reach but still couldn’t even muster a “hello.” Or “good morning.” Great job

Officially not going back here. Everytime I have shopped here the epmloyees are rude and miserable. Talking about customers and behaving unprofessionally. Also, overpriced.

Good for a quick trip. Not a favorite. Staff is always the same grouchy people. Not customer friendly for refunds or rainchecks or assistance in the store. Very slow customer service. Sometimes you feel invisible when they are talking and make you wait. Some of the staff have been there too long. The older women behind the counter are not friendly nor helpful.

People seriously need to boycott this store. First of all, the employees are miserable but I’m convinced that’s a requirement to get a job there. The biggest issue is the prices. They’re not just price gouging, that store is literally robbing people blind. Charging $8.00 for a regular size jar of mayonnaise? $14.99 for a squeeze bottle of Chipotle sauce? Are you kidding me? This is blatant greed on the part of greedy owners who are capitalizing on a bad economy and also banking on stupid people who will continue to shop there. I will party for a month if this place ever closes down.

I bought prepackaged meat from the deli and when i got home, it had a strong weird smell and the salami was grey. The label said it wasnt expired but it definitely was left out somewhere and put back.When I returned it to the story, the customer service lady just made a face when I told her the issue. Didn't say anything to me and just gave me a refund. I had issues before from this store. I only go here because its close to my house and I honestly hate shoprite but they need to check their products. Not the 1st time I bought expired food from here

Produce selection was a little light and they were out of some of their deal items. Store was clean and very busy for an acme.

Acme is a grocery store chain with an excellent variety of products and offers the possibility of obtaining discounts with your membership card.
