The worst braid shop ever. The lady braiding my hair was sleep every time I turned around. I got there at 12pm and left 9 pm for micro braids. they were only half braided and the rest loose. The braids were coming loose by the time I got home. $ 200 wasted.

The Stylist Did My Hair Incorrectly My Hair Started To Come Out A 2 Days After The Visit. Went Back To Show Her And She Wasn't There I Was Greeted By The Annoyed Owner And Told She Would "DO MY HAIR AGAIN" ( Which They Didn't Provide The Type Of Hair I Needed For My Style Which Was $80) I Decided I Would Like Another Style For The Same Price In Which They Would Have To Provide The Hair. They Agreed But When I Got There They Wanted To Charge Me More For Their Mess Up. Started To Mention Policies That Aren't Posted /Displayed Within Salon And Refused To Give Me My Money Back NOT A DIME NOT HALF NOTHING. The Stylist Anita And The Owner Theresa Are Sister Who Also Work At Fedex In Hamilton/ Robbinsville. I Kindly Left And Will Never Go There Again Because They Didn't Honor Their Word.

A month or so later I returned to have the same braid service done. As soon as I sit down the woman immediately hands me a paper and her tablet and asks me to help her sign in to Verizon to help her pay her bill....When I advice her to call them she then gets her phone hands it to me and tells me that the number should be under her recently dialed.... she expects me to call Verizon speak, to the rep on her behalf, and pay her internet bill, all while i'm supposed to be the customer getting a service done?? When I tell her that I don't want to call she is legit shocked and surprised that I the customer don't want to make her personal phone calls for her. Extremely unprofessional, and I will never be returning.

Salon was not clean. Staff not the friendliest or the most professional. Was content with how my hair came out but did not love it. Braider did work fast. I wouldn't return though.
