“I ran in right before closing, at around 6:28, was having trouble getting QR code for an Amazon return. The clerks were respectful, patient and helpful and kept the store open a few minutes late. They helped me find the QR code and package one of the packages correctly. Much better than other shipping service store clerks around town. Would definitely recommend. The appreciation just can't be put in words.”

My calls were answered promptly by Lara, who was always friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Unlike many similar services, Mail Box Store was willing to send with USPS Media Mail after careful packing. Pickup was quick and efficient, packing was excellent and the price was exceptional reasonable - they did not charge for pick-up (!), only packing and shipping.Don't outthink this. Mail Box Store provides a high level of service which has all but vanished at an exceptionally fair price. This should (and will) become your go-to company for your packing needs.”

“I moved from Doha, Qatar to Pensacola, Florida USA. At first I was a little suspicious of all shipping companies in Qatar, "Universal Relocations" included. This company really did a good job. My shipping took longer to arrive than expected but I got everything and Mohammed and his team did great. I was worried something bad was going to happen with customs or tracking once my shipment got to the USA but the company assured me that everything was ok and provided me information. Everything was packed well. They made a special box to ship a painting that I wanted to take with me and it worked out well. They were the cheapest quote I could find and I was not disappointed. “When shopping at the Livingston Staples, I was only there to purchase copy paper and since the staff was very helpful about some other products I asked about, I asked for additional help with information on Laser Printers. The staff person was polite and guided me to the hardware printer section to answer some detailed questions about laser printers. So glad he just didn't point me in that direction and leave me hanging like other stores. It was a pleasant experience and will be back to purchase the laser printer once I get my new office set up.”
“I don’t live in Essex Fells but I make sure to use their post office because the women who work there are patient, kind, polite, and professional. You’d never know if they were having a bad day because they welcome you with a warm hello and a smile. You ask a question and they don’t roll their eyes or make you feel like an idiot, unlike the people who work the counter at Caldwell and West Caldwell post offices. Recently I had the misfortune of having to go to the Caldwell post office. I was quickly reminded why I avoid that location. Keep up the good work EF!”

“This guy ships packages using all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and even USPS). He has always been helpful and his pick up time by each carrier is later than most places (which means you have a greater chance of your after 5p.m. package will go out that same day with the selected courier over most other places would.I would say if I had a package that I needed shipping, he would be the guy I would drop it off to if I can't make it directly to FedEx, DHL or UPS.”
