Bill Pennella and his team are AMAZING to work with. His company is the best company we could have hoped to work with. Bill is patient every step of the way. He has 2 main goals-to make the customer happy and to build something amazing and perfect. His design team created an incredible outdoor space for us. His building team is made up of great guys. Pennellas guided us through the total process of replacing our old patio into our fully functional patio with a retaining wall and also added a flower bed area so we could add some colorful additions to our patio. Hired Pennella's to install custom Christmas lights around my house. They were super professional, timely, and did a fantastic job w the lights. We won the neighborhood Christmas lights contest! Highly recommend .

We heard amazing things about their work and we had them come out to give us an estimate to clean up our yard, remove debris and add steps. Never got an estimate and they just never responded after numerous texts assuring us they would help us out. Disappointing and unprofessional!

As a fellow contractor seeing a review about an estimate not being sent over definitely doesn’t deserve a 5 star review. We don’t only do estimates we are the hr department, the quality control team, the estimator, the it guys and we pour our heart and soul into our business and I know this guy does. Maybe he was too busy to do the job maybe that’s the nice way of saying we can’t handle it currently I’m not interested or maybe he ran due to a red flag he saw. Faraj you saw his reviews before you called him so you know the type of work he does. Top notch. Solid work that’s why you wanted him to do your landscaping job. I’m so tired of everyone sitting home and expecting everything immediately. We aren’t Amazon. We do our best. Just remember you get what you pay for sometimes it’s def worth the wait.
