If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Gigi completely burned off and shaved my sister’s head. She unevenly cut and buzzed my sister’s hair without permission after she realized how badly she burnt my sister’s hair. My sister went for lighter streaks and Gigi ruined her hair completely. My sister will have to deal with the consequences of Gigi’s actions for YEARS to come. It is totally unacceptable. It was Gigi’s responsibility to let her client know she could not take her lighter without causing damage or at least checking in on her periodically to see how her hair is taking the bleach. Do NOT go here. Gigi deserves to be let go. The salon tried to compensate her with $100 but honestly that’s not even close to cover the amount of products we have had to purchase to help heal her hair or for the emotional trauma my sister has endured and will endure for years until her hair grows back. Frankly, the salon should pay us what we paid them in total AND let Gigi go before this happens again.Service: Balayage

Giovi garay is a bad person that works there !at first she treated me nice when she did the first treatment for my Michael blade eyebrows afterwords for my second treatment she did not want to do it she said I took to long she basically took all my money for the eyebrows. She told me I cannot Sue her because I signed the contract. She does bad customer service I’m not saying as what she did to me I am saying it because of what I have seen her done to me . I want yesterday & I told her to do my eyebrows again she said no because I was complaining to her coworkers.

This has been one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences of my life. The instructor that goes by a few different names Carla Haro, Giovanna and Teresa. That should've been the first red flag. I paid her 6,000.00 for a PMU course and it was a complete date of money and time. Please do your research before attending any course. I unfortunately didn't.
