Was a shopper here 5+ years. Went in today to purchase a product that had an orange sticker price of $12.99. I decided to purchase 2 & a few other items. Once at the register the rude male who barely chose to assist in my item search states the $12.99 product is $14.99. I showed him the sticker twice on his wall & he states he sees the sticker but his price is $14.99 & that he has to change it. I advised him that he can change it, however it’s only fair that the $12.99 price that’s currently there be honored. He rudely stated NO his price is $14.99. I advised him that I had been patronizing this location over 5 yrs & that I will not be returning. His response was rudely stated that I shouldn’t have told him that and that he’s still not honoring the price. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, this establishment doesn’t deserve a penny from anyone with this type of attitude. I will NEVER return again!!

This is a good little store, I don't get why the negative reviews, I just think the owner of the store needs for safety, the store has everything for your beauty needs, despite the store having so much, it does need more space, and needs to more organized as well.

Absolutely LOVE this store!!! Been coming here all of the time when I needed some products for my hair that I would usually buy in New York. This store is a life saver because it’s near my house and it had everything that I needed. Would definitely recommend this place!!! ❤️

This is an Asian store and I truly feel sorry for the owner. He does not have anyone working the sales floor. He appears unprofessional and condescending. And doesn't know how to interact or engage with American customers of diversified race.I can certainly comprehend why customers do not like shopping in there. The atmosphere is not pleasant, the setting is crammed up with alot of supplies that you need to be slim to roam the isles, and the lighting is dim and depressing.Although, he has an array of ebony line of products, a variety line of wigs and a bunch of accessories. It is not a boutique shop nor is it an ideal place to shop for high grade quality synthetic wigs.

Horrible!! I asked if they had the anti brass blue additive for brassy blonde and she said “we don’t help blonde - go somewhere else!” Lmao this place is definitely NOT LEGIT!!

I was there tonight with a lot of clothes. I came in around 7:45.The attendant was sooo helpful and knowledgeable about the machines and laundry! It was 9:35 and I know you close at 10 pm so I started to pack up. She insisted I stay to finish folding and even offered to help. I will definetly be a repeat customer. Your employee is a gem!

Horrible customer service!!! I have been shopping here for years. I went in to purchase a new shampoo and conditioner @ $20 each when the guy at the counter yells at me to not smell the products. I put the products back, bought them online and saved A LOT of money.

This place rocks! Always clean... ALL NEW MACHINES! Friendly staff. Convenient location! The owner (Andreas) is always willing to help with anything. Need change, hes on it... need help with a machine, hes there for you. Been coming here since he took over and I won't go anywhere else.
