Love going to tjmaxx but the manager or idk who she was older lady with glasses was talking soooo rude to her cashier and there was already a long line. It was disgusting. I felt so bad for the cashier nobody should be spoken to in the manner that she was by that lady. Cashiers look so overwhelmed and humiliated. She was there today 6/8 at 2pm

Came for a return for 2 items and the NASTY cashier only approved one out of the two due to other item already being “used”. But have clearance items that have been used / broken. Ignore this place at all costs.

I have been a customer for many years and I have never had an experience as unpleasant as today, please give customer service training to the cashier Barbara, what a hateful lady. she talks as if customers don't matter. Remember that you have work because you are going to buy so treat your customers well.
