5 stars for Tina’s!!! Jeannie was so accommodating and just as excited as we were which made the process so much easier. She’s knowledgeable, detail oriented, and listened to my concerns every step of the way. I was blown away by the array of choices Tina’s had to offer, and the prices were unmatched. She gave us her time and we never felt rushed. Jeannie was respectful of my budget and worked with me to make sure I truly got the dress of my dreams. Her and Dan were genuinely happy that I went home with my dress today. I recommend Tina’s to all the brides who want a calm, carefree process and enjoy every minute of it. Thank you Jeannie!!

I cannot express enough gratitude for Tina's Bridal and the incredible service I received. From the moment I stepped into Tina's shop, I knew I was in the right hands. As a hijabi bride, finding a seamstress willing to accommodate my needs seemed like an insurmountable task. Countless seamstresses turned me away, unable to transform my voluminous ballgown wedding dress into something suitable for my modesty.
But then, I met Tina. Her kindness and warmth immediately put me at ease. She listened attentively to my concerns and assured me that she would make my dream dress a reality. Throughout the process, Tina went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. She welcomed me back for multiple fittings, patiently adjusting the dress until it was exactly as I envisioned.
Just when I thought Tina's kindness couldn't exceed any further, she astounded me once again. A week before my wedding, I realized I forgot to mention an area of the dress that needed alterations. Tina had already left for vacation, and I was informed she wouldn't return until after my big day. However, Tina surprised me by returning from her trip early, solely to fix my dress in time for the wedding.
Tina's dedication, compassion, and exceptional skill truly make her a gem in the bridal industry. If there were a way to give more than five stars, I would do so without hesitation. Thank you, Tina, for making my wedding dress dreams come true and for your unwavering kindness throughout the process.

Listen to your senses. The place has a mold smell. We’re now stuck with a dress that has a moldy smell to it. They don’t want to hear it and said we should “air it out on a cloths line”. Since we don’t have one, they recommended to bring it in so they can hang it out back which is a great place for a wedding gown. Great customer service, this is the last time we’re ever coming here.

I have never written a review before, whether my experience was good or bad, but this man infuriated me so much that here goes. I am extremely disappointed in the manner in which I was treated, by the man whom I believe is the owner's son, when I called to advise them that my very expensive gown fell apart at my son's wedding, even before the ceremony started and continued to unravel as the night went on. The swirl design which goes throughout the tool on the bottom of the gown was trailing behind me as I walked down the aisle. This should NOT have happened. He basically said, in a condescending voice, "nothing we could do about it, you must have done something to it after you took it home." Not even an apology which would have made some kind of a difference. That is no way to run a business. Not to mention another time when I brought the shawl to him for the beading to be fixed and nothing had been done to it. Why is he even there! I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone.

I was shopping for a mother of the groom dress and was about to give up when I did a search on my phone and found her shop. We drove over there and she was closing in like 15 more minutes but she told us to come on in boy am I glad she did! She spent the next hour with me and she helped me find a beautiful dress and found out she is a seamstress and she is going to put sleeves on this dress since my son's wedding is in January... It was the best experience I've had after all the places I visited...

I think I've seen every dress store in the state of New Jersey before I finally found my mother of the groom dress and I would highly recommend Tina's Bridals. They have a great selection of dresses and it was a very positive experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Here is my story! I ordered my wedding dress from another store in Philly, and unfortunately they did not update me about the status of my dress on time. So, I was so nervous and kept looking to find another store where sells Kitty Chen dresses. Dan, Tina's Bridal, talked with me a few times on the phone! They helped me a lot to find the same dress in the same size! Finally, my dress got ready from the first store where I ordered, and I didn't have a chance to get my dress from Tina's bridal. But I am just here to appreciate their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! even for other brides who are not their customers! Thank you so much Dan! I highly recommend all brides to chose a store with good customer service! That's all you need from your bridal store... :)

I don’t even know how this awful place is still in business. They made us pay for a dress they ruined, lied repeatedly, and were impossible to work with for both myself and my bridesmaids. I have heard nothing but horror stories from this place and im shocked anyone has a good experience! I’d go anywhere else but here.
