Juan at Copy and Printing services is extremely thoughtful and meticulous in his work. I came in today with a baby shower book project that needed to be laminated and bound. After I left, Juan called me to let me know that after he did a test run on my book that the backing didn’t look right to him. This outreach definitely didn’t need to be done, but Juan went above and beyond for me. He wanted to get my opinion if he should proceed with the backing or to remove the back. With his strong recommendation that he didn’t think it looked right to him, I chose to not include the backing.
You don’t see this type of attention to detail and customer service anymore at all! Thank you Juan!

I Believe their system is rigged wanted to and did so printed b&w copies which are at a fixed price of 0.50cents choose the option for B&W and the system charged me 1.0$ plus 0.07 c3nts on taxes, more than ridiculous, oh also their PCs are like outdated people pls pls stop the craziness

DON'T DROP YOUR PACKAGES THERE. THEY LOST MY PACKAGE. I EVEN HAVE THE PROOF THAT I DROPPED IT OFF AND THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FELT SO HELPLESS.
