I explained the issues with my previous shoes, and Axel provided solutions by scanning my feet to determine the best fit. The results were impressive. “Just terrific. A vestige of a bygone age. Incredibly, the store is located in the driveway of a residential house on a quiet, leafy street. (Almost certainly grandfathered in.) Anyway, it's an old-time tennis shop staffed by relatives of the man who founded the place in 1913. Good, high-end racquet selection; good accessories; even has some sneakers and clothes. Super-friendly staff is very accommodating and even generous with pricing and the occasional freebie. I feel good about patronizing this place. I mean, tennis warehouse is great, but do they really need your business?”

“I love this place. I'm there every weekend. It's a lil dated and could use some upgrades to the bowling area. After all it is a bowling alley. They built a new bigger arcade but probably should have fixed alley with some new lighting /painting etc. overall it's a great place that will accommodate regular bowlers with lane requests. They DO have a bar but that's not their main goal of getting to go there like other places. Bolero for example caters to the 20yr old crowd that wants to go out once in awhile. It's more like a bar with a bowling ally. Bowler city is our choice. We've met some cool friends there too. Regulars :). If you go there you like it :)”

I’m so glad I finally found a place I can go blow steam off and hit some balls! Cages are scarce around north jersey and I’m blessed to have an amazing one 10 minutes from my house! Love this place!”

“As a HUGE Under Armour fan and as someone who has worked in Retail for many years , I have to say I had one of the BEST experiences in this location. This location is brand new to Garden State Plaza & I was overly impressed with the AMAZING customer service! I was greeted with a very warm welcome and was approached by a very informative associate who gave me a quick overview of how the store was set up. Unfortunately I had limited time to shop so it was somewhat of a quick visit, but I was also able to have a great conversation with the cashier who was also extremely friendly during the entire transaction. “Private parking lot makes access incredibly easy. Purchased 3 suits, two sport coats and associated shirts, ties and socks. The bill was obviously significant but the staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about sized and color styles, matching accessories. In house alterations...pending pickup so I'll how that goes. Pro tip: if you pay cash you save 10%...which can lead to hundreds of dollars in savings.”
