My husband and I decided to invest in a Sleep Number bed and went to the Totowa store today (Sunday) instead of waiting for the Garden State location to open on Monday.
I’m incredibly glad we went here after being taken care of by Adam Sharpe the Store Manager.
His recommendations after listening to what we’re seeking [without upselling] allowed us to feel our different sleep styles can be met using the ideal combination of bed and frame. Our 4 year old daughter joined us and the store team is patient and accommodating.
Adam was also tending to incoming and returning customers, at this busy Labor Day weekend time, whilst assisting store teammates. Thanks for what you do, Adam! Wish we started with Sleep Number sooner but excited for our new bed!

James, who does not usually work at this store (he's based in east Hanover) was easy to work with. We knew what we wanted and he didn't press us into items we might not want. Highly recommend him.

Joe was phenomenal - He was very knowledgeable and kind; I felt like he truly listened to my needs. The process of determining my sleep number was thorough and the process of determining the right bed for me was not rushed. I went back a second time after taking the sleep quiz on the website, and the beds he suggested to me on the first visit were the same beds that were suggested on the website. The man knows his stuff! Can't wait to get it!

Went to Sleep Number today and had a great experience! Ronnie was excellent and very helpful but the whole staff was friendly and considerate of all needs being met. Excited for the delivery and getting a great night of sleep! It’s obviously a big investment but they have a great selection and financing available.
