The arrangement was beautiful and it very closely resembled what was shown online with seasonal flowers. I ordered a floral wreath for a wake and it arrived on time with the correct message attached.

This is my second time using this florist. As a repeat customer in the past of generic flower delivery services, this far supersedes the big company florists in reliability, customer service and above all quality. I love their delivery service and can’t recommend it enough. They give great attention to detail in all their arrangements and they always deliver on time.

I live out of state and needed roses delivered to a grave site and Sammy went above and beyond to find the grave site (which was difficult to find) and to make sure my flowers were delivered on the day I needed them delivered. The roses were beautifully arranged and I’m so grateful for the incredible service I received. I will definitely use this florist again. Thank you again to my delivery guy Sammy!! I’m so grateful for your determination with helping me.

This was my first time ordering from this place. I definitely won’t be going back. For $60 a bouquet should be at least pretty looking. For me it seemed like they used their worst and most dying flower for my 2 $60 bouquet. I’ve gotten better at other places and for way less. One of the bouquet wasn’t even wrapped properly and I had to go back just to get tape and wrap it myself. I was absolutely disappointed and I don’t recommend.

Very disappointed in their customer service... called to explain of a charge to my credit card for $180. The charge was for grave covers for my parents and grandparents. I cancelled this in either December 2022 or January 2023 because the cost got prohibitive. They acknowledged that this was fine and I would call again if we wanted them to proceed for Christmas of 2023. The woman that answered said no problem and they would issue a refund. 5 minutes later I received a call from the owner saying the never received anything in writing to cancel and they would proceed with they charge. He said I should have received a form to mail back to cancel. I never received a form in the mail nor did anyone call to ask if I wanted the grave covers to be placed or to authorize the charge. He proceeded to become belligerent and told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company but he would do the same. My mom was a loyal customer of theirs forever and passed in 2019. I continued to do so once she passed but this is the way you treat customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I needed to order a wreath for a family member’s funeral and took a chance with a florist from out of state..Sammy from Riverview Florist was very patient and most helpful and answered all my questions. I had selected a floral arrangement that I saw on the website and I couldn’t believe that the one he created was even more beautiful and lush than the one pictured. It was clear that he put a lot of thought and time in what was the most beautiful wreath present. Thank you so so much for the beautiful flowers. They were incredible!

I work for Laurel Grove Cemetery and I have heard from many families how excellent Riverview Florist does on all floral arrangements. They also mentioned how caring & superb the customer service was as well. A dear friend passed away this week and I reached out to them for a spray. They assured me that they would do a beautiful job and stay within my budget. I asked if they would send me a picture because I wasn't able to attend the funeral service. Well, I couldn't believe it. This spray was absolutely gorgeous and stood 6 feet tall. My budget wasn't much, but this spray looked like a $500.00 piece. I was so appreciative for the beautiful arrangement and the customer service I had to write this review. I also took a picture of the arrangement and posted it on this website. This florist is the best around. I wouldn't go anywhere else after this experience. Thank you all again for your beautiful work and your caring demeanor. God Bless all of you!

I put up a photo of what it should have looked like and what it actually looked like . They added the ugliest baby bottle to hide the scant amount of flowers and they died within days. Other family members send flowers same day and they are fresh and healthy looking still!!
