I went to buy a hamster but non of the workers pay attention to me they left me more than 30 minutes in the hamster area and when i call them for help they didn’t listen to me so i just went and they even care at all… bad customer service ??♀️ps. Was my first time going there

There is only one employee working in the store, I had to wait 30 minutes to be helped.

I came in as a walk in for my dog Zoeys nail trim and buff. Malia at the grooming counter was the sweetest employee ever! You would think she knew Zoey for years of how playful and loving she was with her. She did Zoeys nails with no problem and even offered advice on how she realized Zoey doesn't like the clipper but doesn’t have a problem with the nail buffer, which I had no idea. All in all, Malia was great and I will be bringing Zoey back monthly for nail buffing with Malia.

The young man @ the desk was extremely nice, upon entering he immediately greeted me & answered my questions promptly. Then upon checking out with my new items for exchange, the woman @ the register made it very easy & sent me on my way with a smile.
