They were friendly and very helpful. They asked plenty of questions to help get the right support for my dog’s needs. We were in quick and out in about an hour for a first visit check up. It’s also in the Petco so if you need to shop for pet supplies, you can.

I am so disappointed with this clinic. What kind of vet is so afraid of a dog and not even trying at all to make him feel at ease. Dogs do not usually like going to the vet. She charged me for a freaking exam fee when she didn’t even do an exam. But she wants me to drug him before I bring him in?
He goes to the groomer and other people at petco were petting him without an issue. So muzzle him with a dirty muzzle? The vet tech got in the exam room just fine and he didn’t bite her. Such a stigma around pit bulls. He is only a puppy smh. Even with the freaking muzzle on she would not even come near him. So standing in front of the door would not make a dog feel uncomfortable? Never again.

Giving this place a one star because they took my dog out of the room to give them their shots. I don’t know why they did that and it makes it hard for us to trust and believe they did give my dog the shots we came there for because I’ve never gone to a vet that took the dog out of the room, the shots has always been done in the same room we wait in. Very odd and the front receptionist was rude and had no manners

Dr Tuttman saved our dog's life! Whippany Vet told us he had kidney failure and didn't have long to live and we should take him to a 24/7 facility... That was a month and a half ago but Dr Tuttman didn't give up on him, he's receiving care at home and doing well ? she really cares about our dog's wellbeing

The doctors and the staff are really caring and they show you what you'll pay first and you have the option not to get the other services if you're tight on your budget. Unlike other clinics or hospitals, you are shocked when you get the bill.

Dr. Sarmiento and tech Ruby were wonderful to my Cyra. I was nervous due to numerous reviews but glad I gave Totowa Vetco a chance.

The staff are very nice, but they gave me inaccurate information, causing me to have to come back a 3rd time. Hoping that they will waive their fee to rectify this. Other than that - the service is great and very convenient.

Dr tautman, I'm not quiet sure how you're a vet when you have no sympathy for a large dogs you only like to see small breeds.

Fast service and we never feel rushed. The staff is very friendly and makes sure that nothing is missed when your pet is being diagnosed.

We really liked this vet, but they cancel your appointment even after confirming! Confirming twice wasnt enough to them. Made the switch to a different vet.
