They were nice and seemed like honest people, but at the end I got sold basically a lemon car that Had a bad Cadillac converter a broken evap System amongst other issues. So I would just be careful with them

I bought a used Hyundai Sonata from Otocity in July 2023, and unfortunately, it has spent more time in the mechanic's shop than on the road. From the start, I noticed that my car was burning through oil at an alarming rate—every three days, I had to add more oil. Initially, I brushed it off, thinking it was just the reality of owning a used car. However, after multiple visits to different mechanics and spending a small fortune, I realized the problem was serious and decided to go back to the dealership.
Given the issues, I thought Otocity might help with the repairs or possibly allow me to switch to a different vehicle. Instead, they brushed me off and only offered to send me to their mechanic. When I arrived at the repair shop, the mechanic didn’t even look at my car and told me they couldn’t help with the oil problem.
It’s extremely unfair that I purchased this car, and within just a few weeks, I started experiencing major issues. I didn’t want to make a big deal initially, but when I finally reached out for help, I was met with indifference and no solutions.
It’s been a year now, and I’m stuck with what feels like a lemon. I’m incredibly frustrated with how Otocity has handled this situation. If anyone has any advice on what I can do next, I’m all ears. But as for Otocity—buyer beware!

I've been car shopping for a couple weeks and WOW this is the worst car dealership l've had to interact with. Told them I saw I car I was really interested with and was willing to drive over this weekend to pick it up. Wanted to make sure it was within my price range in case they try to add any bs fees before driving a ton of hours. The guy over the phone was super rude. "Nope you wanna make a deal come drive over. "Just told you no we're not gonna discuss numbers over the phone, ok? No." Totally outrageous. Beware if you're buying a car here, they sound pretty shady and I wouldn't trust them.

Bought a vehicle in as is condition. 3 months later the engine blows up. $7K in debt and a car that can’t be driven. Staff was helpful but make sure you get a warranty!!

We drove all the way from Long Island Ny to come see Oto City. They where GREAT we where greeted by Ameer and he was amazing. He able to get me the deal I wanted for the right price. This was my first time buying a car and the experience was complete perfection. I will definitely be back for my next car I highly recommend Oto City and ask for Ameer he’s the guy with the beard. Ameer was my sales rep. I was referred by my friend to go see Ameer at Oto City. He spoke highly of Ameer and Oto City. After my experience I can honestly say my friend was right.
