“It's very rare to find a company that still stands by its products and values customers so highly. I bought some supplies from Binding101, including a hole punch. To save on shipping, I had it delivered to a US address and therefore didn't receive my items for another two months - well out of the return period. Whilst the other items I ordered were of great quality, I was unhappy with the hole punch's design, so I contacted both the manufacturer and Binding101 to give my feedback. The manufacturer didn't care, but Binding101 intervened to negotiate with the manufacturer. Binding101 rescued the relationship and came to a more-than-satisfactory arrangement. In doing so, they secured my business and loyalty. Daisy at Binding101 is a joy to deal with. She is polite, friendly and determined to help. With her I felt like I was talking to the owner who took customer satisfaction seriously. I am very grateful for her assistance.”

“I have done four projects with Office Design Concepts. They are by far the most professional company I have ever dealt with for the purchase of furniture and for office design. I have dealt with Dave and his team for over 20 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I made a mistake once and did one deal with another company ( supposedly one of the best in New York City) for what was supposed to be high end furniture and I got an incomplete design with inflated prices. Office design Concepts have every type of furniture you can imagine, their prices are fair, their service is exemplary and they are honest as the day is long. They will plan out your office down to the inch . You will not only get beautiful furniture but a design that works for humans!!!”
