We have been buying from Navid for a while. When they moved to this location, we followed. Mom has been buying from them for years because of the straight forward pricing and great customer service. I've purchased two bracelets and plan to continue doing business with them.

I bought a ring here, white gold and gorgeous. I love it! My sister bought a white gold necklace. Both items were great quality and they have great customer service here. I was in town for a short period of time and they went out of their way to completely accommodate us within that time frame. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy jewelry. I would definitely be back in the future!

I had been looking for a nice set of earrings for my niece, but was having a hard time finding the right size and cut I wanted. My last stop was at Navid Jewelry, where I was met with kindness and great customer service. They worked with me and I was able to custom order the stone and setting I wanted in white gold, while staying within my tight budget. The earrings came in fast and were exactly as I expected, gorgeous!

I got ripped off here. Do NOT BUY. In November my husband and I visited this store in the Jewelry expo. I saw a a blue green topaz, nice clarity nice cut in an ugly setting and yellow gold chain. We ordered for the stone to be put in a white gold necklace with a specific setting and also asked for earrings that matched. The clerk wrote down exactly what we requested and my husband put down a $100 deposit on what was to be a total of $300 for necklace and earrings. We were given a ticket that did note show the price or the deposit. (Stupid on our part I know) Fast forward to him the week before Christmas, Husband goes in to pick up the purchase. He pays the remaining balance of $200 (again getting no receipt!) and brings home the order which is not the original blue green topaz and is a low grade clear slightly green topaz wrong setting and silver! (Keep in mind he knows nothing about jewelry and apparently scumbag sales people.) We go back to the store and return the item and the clerk says its a mistake and the proper order will be ready in a month. We should have got out money back then, but we gave them a second chance (****** Now its the week before Valentines day my husband goes in to pick up the order. They give him a set of the ugliest purple green topaz set again in silver, not white gold and the wrong setting. At this point when I flipped out and said get your money back. If I didn't have to work I would have gone their myself, but I sent him back. He returned the items but they gave him some b******* about a cutting fee in order to keep $100 and return him $200. They are at fault for getting the order wrong and what happened to the original topaz that I picked out paid for and physically saw? At the end of the day my husband was just trying to make me happy and as the honest hard working carpenter he is got completely hoodwinked. It was shady, stupid and a tough lesson as A) they never gave a proper money amount receipt for any money transactions B) they never got the order correct and that is not the customers responsibility, C) trusting a shady jeweler. Lesson learned thank god it was not something more expensive. We will never use them again. If we had been smarted and had a receipt I would have taken them to small claims court and reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Good job making a 100 bucks from being a rip off artist. Also note the irony that after I posted this suddenly positive reviews start coming in from all over the country. Well goes to show you....whose screwin who.

I bought a set of earrings for my wife here. It was very difficult for me to find a place that had sufficient inventory of earrings that I can choose from. Salesperson asked me several questions and presented items that I found to be ideal. I am an extremely picky person but when people listen and not waste my time I want to spread the word and tell the world how good they are.

I brought a wedding ring and rolex watch here and it was the best price I could find after visiting several jewelry stores in the area. I'd even tried the Diamond district in NYC and the prices here were the lowest with the same high quality certified diamonds. The owner knew exactly the style of ring I was looking for and presented me with several options within my budget. He was friendly and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a great deal.
