MilaJ is a fantastic salon. Jen, Damia and Holly are all very friendly and very pleasant and knowledgeable. My before and after is amazing.Jen gave me an awesome color correction and a fabulous hair cut. I am so happy with my hair. I will be going to MulaJ from now on. If your looking for a new salon this is the place to go.

I felt rushed and for that reason my color did not come out the way I hoped. The color was just done and it is already changing. I also felt like I have no idea what I paid for. The prices didn't match what I was told. I won't be going back here.

I've been going to Mila J for years now & I love everyone that works there!! I see Jen & Damia who both are so amazing at what they do !! I've been going weekly for blowouts with Damia and I am addicted!!! My hair has never looked this healthy, long & shiny & I get so many compliments on my hair . I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

This salon is absolutely amazing and everyone is super friendly! I came in as a walk in looking a hot mess and Jenna literally transformed my hair she really is the hair whisperer,super knowledgeable and has the hands of a hair god! I couldn't be any happier I totally recommend coming to MILA salon!

I found this salon by accident which was next door to where I was having a facial . I am so happy I stopped in and scheduled an appointment. Jen was able to take me the next day. She spent the time with me going over what I wanted since I like really short hair. She cut my hair while wet, then blew it dry to see where my hair wanted to go. The cut was perfect and Jen is a true stylist.

Hands down best salon ever. I went here after needing a major color correction done and they did not disappoint. I initially started with Jenn (who is absolutely amazing) and just recently started getting my hair color with Yas! And trust me, you will not regret it. I went in there one day needing a self care day and left feeling absolutely beautiful and saw my glow back.

Called inquiring about Hollywood waves for wedding party; bride and a bridal party of five girls. Called and got put on hold twice which is fine but when I spoked to the receptionist, she was EXTREMELY rude. She was huffing and puffing when speaking with me.She asked me for my availability for a consultation and when I gave her it, she rudely told me they are not open those days and asked if I even knew what days they were open. I replied no and asked what days I can come in. She said Wednesday's and I said fine but then she switched from me needing a consultation to a trial. I was confused because I did not know why I would need a trial before a consultation and she seemed annoyed and asked me rudely "don't you want a trial?".I cut her short and said never mind. I will take my money elsewhere to people who give good customer service. First impressions are everything. Hire somebody who cares about customer service because they represent your establishment.
