I had the greatest experience I could have had here for what was a tough situation. I was an hour away from home when I slammed my thumb in the car door. One look and I knew I needed stitches…. And I was with my one year-old daughter and in a town I am totally unfamiliar with. After a panicked google search this was the only urgent care open in the area that I was visiting. I only had use of one hand when I got there with the affected hand wrapped in a shirt and bleeding, and the staff went above and beyond to make my life easier, helping me with my daughter who I was having trouble holding and certainly couldn’t hold while I was getting stitches. I couldn’t be more grateful to the staff and doctor there for helping me quickly and in such a caring way, especially with my daughter. They even went so far as to help me get my daughter back in her car seat after I was stitched up and ready to go home. I am so glad that this urgent care was open.

I've been calling this place from the moment they open to closing time over and over letting the phone ring for 10-15 minutes straight. I've repeated this for days because I need to schedule a specific type of physical with them before going there. They refuse to answer the phone, ever. Then they play messages about how much they care about every patient. I assume they mean all of them but the ones that try to call them.

I call for questions and I get a rude woman who just says what she has to say ignores my concerns and questions with complete disregard for someone well being, I hope this review finds you well because this med express is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced especially during a pandemic you would think there would be more kindness

Wow, I see why there are so many negative reviews! This place is horrendous. I was told to come in at 8 am today, but when I arrived, was told to go outside and call the office to register. I sat in my car and tried calling for ONE HOUR. No one ever picked up the phone!!! How on earth is this even acceptable? ONE HOUR??? they don't even have the capacity to handle phone calls? What does this say about their concern for their patients, or their respect for your time? There are other, better facilities in the area. Avoid this place!!!

lol scared to post this and be called a Karen, but this was actually so ridiculous and I'm not even entirely sure if it was a nightmare. I understand there are long wait times -- but I don't understand confusing a patient with another patient, not providing patients with any helpful information about their wait time, or asking a patient in pain why her mom's the one talking to the receptionists. I called the place while in the waiting room and their phone wouldn't even ring! Wouldn't tell how many people were in front of us, until the clinician said there were two inside and two in the waiting room before me. They then proceeded to tell me they wouldn't care for me and that I should go somewhere else instead. There are more details to this that I'll be sharing with AHS directly. The negative reviews are real -- they're really really bad (at least the people working at the front desk + that one clinician). They wouldn't give me their first names and said that management would know who works there. I stand in solidarity with healthcare workers, especially in a time like this, but this experience was truly something else. A complete disgrace to quality healthcare.

Terrible service. Waited outside on a long line for a covid test, only to find out after calling that they were maxed out for the day. They had a line of people who were waiting for hours and didn't once come out and tell anyone. Would never recommend this place.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service they provide is absolutely terrible. I have been trying to get a Covid test, when I called yesterday they told me to call first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment. I called this morning waited 30 min on the phone for the lady to tell me I have to call back at 12:30 and if the phone keeps ringing to just wait until someone answers. This is exactly what i did. I called at 12:30 and after waiting over 20 min they hung up on me. I hope someone brings in training to this place as they are very unprofessional and it's very frustrating not being able to communicate with someone that knows what they are doing and talking about.

Please do not even waste your time going here I've never seen a more ignorant group of people in my life it scares me that they're in the health industry. I had to go for a Covid test I called yesterday they told me to be here as soon as they open at 8 AM which is what I did the woman at the door told me they would call me in 3 to 4 hours and then I could get my test well now it's 4 1/2 hours later two phone calls in and I get the answer that I am only on the waitlist which no one informed me of they told me I would be getting my test today PS keep in mind I have a fever and vomiting in the parking lot and I feel like I'm at deaths door. This place is a joke and should probably be shut down

These people literally don't answer their phone. I been waiting for 48 hours; I came in person around 10am they told me to come back later in the afternoon. I came around 4pm; they told me come back first thing when they open at 8am... I arrived at 7:30am to make sure I was first, called the number on the door at 8am and don't even pick up the phone. When I walk in they said they can't do nothing about it. This place doesn't care if you have to be helped. Avoid this place if you have any emergencies....

Although the telehealth system is new and has some kinks that both ends have to figure out and longer phone wait times on occasion, I am always appreciative of the ability to get quality care from this location. I’m also impressed by their bedside manor (figuratively speaking when it comes to phone visits) and customer service that a lot of places lack.

My parents called in the morning to make an appointment, but the receptionist stated that ALL they needed to do was call when they arrived. Upon arrival, my parents called them and said they will call them back shortly to been seen. However, the have been waiting for hours in front of the Urgent Care and they didn't see any movements. This is ridiculous. i understand new protocols because of covid, but waiting in the parking lot for HRS? really???
