I went into the Totowa store and was assisted by Dan Stevanovic. I explained my situation, and while the store has limited access to certain account data, Dan was able to troubleshoot the issue. He got me back up and running in short order. He was extremely helpful with answering all my questions. What a great dude.”

West Orange“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Between that and a very short wait time, I will certainly return to this location if I have any future needs. Much appreciated!”

The store associate who helped us, Juan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He looked at our account and told us what the best deal would be with buying a new phone and another promotion that was going on. Hands down, this was the best experience we have ever had at a T-Mobile store. Everyone in the store including the manager, Kenya and the other sales associate, Dan, were a joy to talk to and share some laughs. We cannot heap enough kind words and thank the entire store staff enough. Extra kudos to Juan for his expertise and kindness.”

My inquiry required me to call into customer service which took a while but Jose was very patient. I really appreciate how the entire staff there was pleasant as I walked in the location 30mins prior to closing.
I was very apologetic my situation was time assuming but Jose, the gentleman who was seemingly the manager and another associate who was still assisting genuinely seemed happy to help. No one seemed annoyed or upset. This was amazing customer service. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again Jose!”
