I've been going to this store for so long & I think it's time to leave a review. Cashiers are always rude, disrespectful, and curse in front of kids. It's sad to see the managers allow it in front of their face and don't address it.. No one greets you upon arriving to the register, they just hit you with the "Phone #" with such attitude. It is sad & discussing... I have so much to say..
I will no longer continue shopping here.

Does anybody ever clean this store? Fitting room is super dusty, dirty, and smells like piss. Bathroom is filthy. Clothes on racks are dusty and dirty. Like c'mon. It's like extremely dirty. Obviously keeping a clean store has been neglected for a long time. Is there even a janitor on payroll? Even my kids remember it being so dirty in the past and it hasn't changed. I will not be going back to this store. ?

So disappointed I went with my dog to shop like i always do never had an issue some of the employees knows me and my dog ) and the cashier came and told me I can’t help you I'm allergic to dogs. Which I understand every single costumer infront has to know she's allergic thats why shes not helping me. It was really necessary. It's already 5 people and I still waiting... she has a divider infront of her plus she couldn't tell me bring your items i help you leave ur dog in the shopping car but not dicided to assist other costumes. I have to leave the store cause i felt a little discriminate empty hands cause she was acting so dramatic... I really not going back to the store it's so sad that costumer service didn't do nothing abou it.
.... bad service really every single costumer has to know why I'm not been help? so sad she didn't have to tell every single one why I'm not next..... SO EXTRA ...... need more costumer service training...?? not a good way to deal with costumers so disappointed

I love shopping and spending a lot of money on fashion so I stop in there on Wednesday.I asked where the bathroom was and a salesperson looked at me up and down as if I was gonna do something,I felt so disrespected.He walked me to the bathroom and unlocked the door.After I came out I started my shopping and found a lot of nice pieces.But the staff needs to be retrained.

Sadly I went with my dog (9 pounds dog) and the manager came and told me I can’t have my dog in the store. I switched shopping car and then she came telling me I have to leave the store. My family and me asked her why and she said not dog allowed in the store, so I told her you don’t have a sign at the door and so rude this lady with blond hair told us she doesn’t have to put one at the door. I just left with no issues because I don't advocate for violence or inappropriate conduct .

Okay, my only issue is that I think they should remodel the store now, it's been years since I have seen it like this, at least paint it or change the sign or something, that way it can captivate more customers to help with the store's sales...
