The manager is a Fugly, greasy headed a** lady who is extremely rude! she needs to be stopped in her TRACKS!!! Ive been to this location multiple times and have witness her belittle the employees she employs. Customers as well! Most of these reviews are complaints regarding people leaving and new faces every time. She's the answer! She is rude! Disrespectful and needs to be replaced.

I am giving them an excellent review for two reasons. My first reason is unfortunately due to the mandate I was required to get a vaccine in order to stay employed. I didn't get the nurses name but she was absolutely amazing she was warm, friendly, and very soothing and understood my anxiety. The second reason I am giving them credit is because when I left the store I made a purchase and added money onto the purchase to get cash back I was so wobbly and nervous that I walked out without my money. I called the store and the manager was an absolute pleasure found the $10 in the register and apologize for any inconvenience. I explain to her that it wasn't the young cashiers fault it was probably more mine since I was so shaky but I appreciated the apology and the prompt reply.

this is just for the store(non-pharmacy) experiences it's very close to where i work so convenient insomuch i dont need to shop at another on my off time/weekends however, that is the best thing i can say because several problems in no particular order: at least 1/2 the times they are out of at least 1 item i need(fyi i was told they get their stock in on Wednesdays so if you're flexible on when you can go i'd suggest Thur-Sat if it's sale items) cashiers wait until there is a huge line before calling for backup(sometimes) worst problem is their register system & 1 particular cashier. several times i've handed coupons, % off & mfr only to see a partial amount taken off or the inability(incl the mgr) to figure out how to use it so they hand it back to me. with regards to the last statement there is a particular cashier his name is Daniel(large build Latino). he isnt "nasty" but when explaining something is quite curt & when a swiped coupon doesnt take he will just hand it back & say "cant use it" i have to almost beg him to call a mgr(most times they take care of it exc what i mentioned before) just this past week i handed 6 mfr coupons, only 2 were credited--was going to walk back into the store but there was a long line, the mgr was busy with someone & i needed to get back to work so now dealing with CVS cust svc i STRONGLY suggest reviewing the receipt before you even get out of the line FYI i've been to several other CVS's never a problem

The employees are considerate and helpful even when I see customers act like jerks. I hate to say this but the men's bathroom is very dirty and completely revolting.

I love CVS the only reason I wouldn't come back to this store is because of the cashier named WILL. He was upset because I was asking questions about my transaction. He was very short and unfriendly. Why do something that you don't enjoy. Hey I coupon and I want to make sure it rings right if you don't like it get another job.
