Horrible!!!! I came here to get help with only 2 items, the old lady named Natividad did not want to assist me. she refused service for absolutely no logical reason, and I know this because I worked at cvs for a very long time as both associate and manager. She was clearly biased towards me, she had a tone of voice that showed she did not want to do her job, and said to me that she wont help me. I ended up walking out frustrated and late to an event due to not getting what I needed in time. and it is NOT okay with me. I was forced to go to yet another CVS which thank God treated me much better with so much Respect! that she clearly lacked. They were able to help me within 2 minutes I was in and out. Thats where I will be shopping from now on, not here. Not even passports work are you serious? or you just didnt want to do your job, with your lazy demeanor that you showed, which is very unprofessional. worst CVS ever!

I went to drop off a prescription, after they prepared it. I went over to pick up window to pay for it and provided the GoodRx gold card. The guy behind the counter told me that, I had to give it over there. So the lady sitting there goes i’ll be with you in a bit. after a minute, she ask me for the BIN,PCN number and told me told me give me few mins i’ll print out new prescription receipt. After waiting for about 5 mins, I stare at her, she’s just scanning boxes of medical device as inventory. she looks miserable, doesn’t know where her life is. She just had me waiting bc i had to use the prescription discount card and she i’ve to print out new label.
Looks like they are very unhappy with what they’re doing, I hope they go find better job. This pharmacy needs to hire new pharm tech who value customers.

The pharmacy is completely overwhelmed and it happens each time we come in.I honestly feel bad for the employees.My daughter’s prescriptions are called in several hours ago and CVS pharmacy never even scanned it to get started on it.Then the wait time at the pharmacy is an additional30-60 mins!!!Calls are ringing over and over without anyone answering.Horrible!!

Staff is very friendly, store was clean , self checkout is quick and easy.store employees great you and thank you after your purchase.
