This should be made into a franchise because every community needs a customer friendly and informative pharmacy like community care...

20 min before they close they wouldn’t fill my prescription for my 2yo son who was just discharged from the hospital.

Worst place to work. CEO ( Hossam) is a j**** he still thinks that he is in middle east and he can do whatever he pleases with employee. I was there for 3 months and I have see people fired without any reason. They will never pay overtime, even though they will ask you to work overtime. My check was always sort, until I start taking picture so I can prove that I worked overtime. Finally I sue them and only then I got paid for my overtime.

Was employed at this unorganized chaotic pharmacy for 8 months. Never took lunch because as the Dispatching Mgr I had several and overwhelming responsibilities. Upon hire Hossam (the CEO) demanded that I have an aggressive personality because that's what the office needed. He awarded me Employee of the month yet when I asked for Emergency Vacation because I felt like I was going to have a nervous breakdown he agreed w/no problem. Then not even 48hrs later he had his assistant email me a letter of termination. Why grant my leave then terminate me? When I called to ask him because in my head I thought we had a professional respectful relationship he ignores my calls. His pharmacy leader Regina would curse staff out & get mad when I'm trying to do my job. Couldn't do it effectively because the amount of staff in this place was literally a revolving door or understaffed. I even witnessed her stuff cookies in a techs mouth because she was hungry & wasn't allowed to take a break. Since a new contract began November 1st their main focus was these new UMC homes forgetting the importance of the initial 7 Routes they had prior to be becoming manager. I was stressed out so bad that I lost 15lbs & because I RARELY took a break. I turned that office around and the drivers who were livid & wanted to quit stayed because of my professionalism and respect towards them. I have never worked for such a place that doesn't value their employees. It's absolutely ridiculous and have spoken to my attorney about my rights and being treated unfairly. They use you and spit you out. I had to fend for myself many of times without direction which is insane. I had 15 employees under me and trained 4 dispatches who is still employed. I have massive support from my drivers and letters from former employees defending my extensive work conditions because they went through it as well. This business needs to be exposed for the unlawful tactics they implement then have the employees walk on egg shells because he fires without VALID cause. I never received any written warnings about my conduct nor ever disrespected anyone. A manager is supposed to enforce and that's exactly what I did. Worst job of my life and so unfair to be honest. Aa single mom of two how dare he! Lastly because I worked over 120 hrs in a 2wk period for 14 days straight I was only compensated for 80 because I was on contract. During these work conditions I was too tired to do homework after coming home so late so failed my last class. $1,300 down the drain. I'm a full time student majoring in Criminal Justice. We're not robots nor slaves I am livid and will go to the news should I have to. They crossed over the wrong woman and I'm a child of God. You just don't treat folk any kind of way and expect to get away with it. It's exhausting and somber in that place but I had the pleasure of meeting some PHENOMENAL coworkers who I still stay in contact with. We all need employment in this day and age but shouldn't be forced to work in insane conditions and when you voice your concern it's overlooked or your fired!
